They are ridiculous ridiculously excessive. Video games should not cost $1.25 a pop, it should be a quarter or $.50. Go karts should not be $10. Mini golf should not be $10. That's just ridiculous. Also what sucked about a lot of of the games is that, let's say it's a racing game, and you came in first place, your game is over. You don't even get to play anymore. You have to PAY more. Takes all of the fun out of it when you're constantly having to pay. I DID have fun, and I enjoyed myself quite a bit, but the price is really excessive. Probably won't ever go back unless it's with a group of friends and we just feel like blowing a lot of money. I feel terrible for parents because a couple of kids could easily burn through $50 in a couple of hours here.

However young woman at prize counter was not thrilled to be there it seems--I know it was closer to close but come on, my grandchildren just wanted to exchange their tickets for a piece of candy. This place is TERRIBLE. My kids and I went here for an open gym and my oldest daughter was spotting…read moremy youngest with her backhand springs making sure she didn't fall and hurt her herself, then the gym staff yelled at them to stop spotting. They did, but then I went up to the front desk lady's (the one was INCREDIBLY rude saying things like " go back to your own gym and rolling her eyes throughout the whole conversation) I then asked to see the rules in paper which she handed me and the only thing in there about spotting was that the coaches were not allowed to spot during open gym ( which they were doing during this time) nothing in the rules said that kids could not spot other kids. Also the gym was disgusting. The mats and equipment looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the bathrooms were absolutely gross. The staff was on a whole different level of rude. The "coaches" in the gym were talking bad about the kids right in front of them and making snarky remarks. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, stay clear of this gym.

I've been coming to this location for 10 months. Over the course of that time I think there is a…read morenew manager who instilled some stricter rules. Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling.
