I make a point of shopping local, but I will be finding my supplies elsewhere. When I finally picked up the project I made, there was an obvious defect in the lamination. It looked like water had been spilled on my poster before the lamination was done. The cashier insisted that I still had to pay for it even if it was their fault. Bad customer service. Hate that I may have to resort to buying on-line or going out of the county in the future.

I decided to go to build a bear even though nothing could be a replacement. I was really nervous about how I would be treated considering I'm turning 21 next year, making me a little old for a toy shop, and I looked a little sickly from all the crying I've been doing, but everyone was wonderful. The employees were kind and attentive and made me feel like I was supposed to be there. One of the girl had a picture of Pedro pascal and we had friendly conversation over it. I don't know if anyone checks reviews for this location but I wanted to say thank you both for helping me in my grieving process even though you had no idea what I was going through. It really means the world for me. Thank you for letting me be able to still bring home my baby.
