I came to the clinic for specific 3rd party forms with express directions for billing information…read more the dentist did not take any measurements as required, changed the type of appointment for billing purposes, then billed my private insurance. after this they applied for a pre approvals for an appliance that i did not request and only offered to return my completed paperwork for the original issue until they were paid for the unasked for $1800 appliance. they billed 3 agencies for the exact same treatment and would not complete paperwork.

She didn't offer any payment plan or even took responsibility for their mistake. I am a poor student who spent thousands over the last year. Way to retain business. I left multiple messages expressing my concerns, call back and finally spoke to the receptionist, who then lied and said that she called and left me a message. Basically told me that I would not receive a refund for something that I did not request which is a very unprofessional way to run a business. Though these people were nice at first, I truly believe that they are just out for money and try to make you feel like you're getting a good discount even though they are making over one grand for about half an hour of work.
