I came to the clinic for specific 3rd party forms with express directions for billing information…read more the dentist did not take any measurements as required, changed the type of appointment for billing purposes, then billed my private insurance. after this they applied for a pre approvals for an appliance that i did not request and only offered to return my completed paperwork for the original issue until they were paid for the unasked for $1800 appliance. they billed 3 agencies for the exact same treatment and would not complete paperwork.

As I was attending school I was covered by green shield. Upon receiving a cleaning the receptionist promptly informed me that I no longer had insurance. This was a huge surprise to me as I was still attending school and I expected to be covered. I paid what I expected to pay (the deductible) and the receptionist decided that it was best that my file be sent to a collection agency. She didn't offer any payment plan or even took responsibility for their mistake. I am a poor student who spent thousands over the last year. Way to retain business. I have told people not to go there and I will continue to inform people of their inability to recognize their mistakes. I would give them zero stars if I could. Detestable behaviou

Every time we go there the technician is someone new. Not only were my teeth not cleaned properly I was bombarded by attempts to upsell me on services. Something is wrong here. After a filling that was left too high, I went in for it to be adjusted and was charged for that. No other dentist ever charged me for an adjustment to their work before or since. And it was billed as tooth trauma - big charge. The final straw was when I needed my retainers replaced and was charged over $1000. I almost choked when told the amount. Thank god they didn't fit. When I went to an orthodontist to get them they only cost $300 as they should.
