Not disability friendly. I wanted to come in support for my sister. There was barely anyone coordinating the entrance and no one had any information on wheelchairs. I ended up having a bad health day and needed a wheelchair but security, even coordinators, no one had one or information on where i could obtain one. First aid services were also closed as well as food vendors. Very poor planning on the part of the event coordinator. I had to sit out during the whole event and was unable to join in looking around the booths with my family. We also walked right in. We had bought tickets and everything but no one checked tickets at the entrance so if you did not purchase a ticket you very likely could still get in. read more

Loved the location this year. This setting was perfect, especially for the fabulous fashion show. The couples ascending that gorgeous staircase was the highlight for me. The vendors were a perfect mix of venues, photographers, reception ideas, dresses and food. I highly recommend couples and suppliers alike to attend the next one. read more

From finding the perfect place to finding the perfect photographer! I've been to the Bridal Spectacular about 4 times! Nope not to plan my wedding but my sisters. (They totally owe me when I get married) I think it's a fun place if you planning your own wedding but they do have booths to plan a bach party. Men are free and kids. I only paid $9 (on-line special) but usually I think its like $16 if you pay at the door. So yes make sure you buy your tickets on-line every dollar that you save can go towards your big day! read more

I attended my first ever Bridal Spectacular show this past January and it was amazing! I came to the show needing everything! Lol (I had not done any research on any vendors or anything prior to coming). I used the time I was there to speak with vendors and ask questions, which everyone was very willing to answer. I was able to get information from venues and make appointments with Dress Shops. Having everyone in the same room allowed me to speak with multiple different places without having to call them on the phone! I had a blast at the show, gathering all of the information I could, getting to try samples of food and cake and also getting tons of information and free gifts! The only thing that I didn't really like was the timeshare booth. They practically forced me to spin their wheel and then we're trying to get me to pay for something right then and there, which I didn't want to do. I had to tell them I was going to call my fiancé to discuss it and come back for them to allow me to leave, I didn't go back lol. I don't mind that they were there, I just didn't like that they were forcing us to spin and sign up for these things. Other than that, I enjoyed the show and will be back again in July as there are still a few vendors we need! I look forward to seeing you all again! read more

It was going great till towards the end, I got approached by Pereg Milano Hair Extensions. This lady was sweet at the beginning of her sales pitch showing me up on some hair styles with this hidden halo extension... then as soon as I said I wasn't interested in buying at that exact moment and would like a card instead, she shut me down and her attitude did a complete 180. It ruined the whole event for me. What a terrible attitude. She turned around to hang the hair back up and said we ran out of cards and gave me a look of disgust, which was a lie because she didn't even look. People are at this event to celebrate an upcoming special date & window shop different opportunities. Take your nappy attitude elsewhere Perth Milano. Long hair, don't care... LITERALLY. This was my first Bridal Spectacular, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Perhaps, the word "Spectacular" mislead me a bit, but I felt as though only 10% of the vendors brought their "spectacular" side. Venue: Cashman Field, a blah convention center Options: Variety of local vendors, but I noticed that not all good vendors such as photographers and videographers were represented. So, definitely don't assume that all your options are laid out for you. Visual "wow": Only 10% brought the "wow" Conclusion: Overall, I think this is a good orientation for brides who are just starting to plan or for those who have a mission (me) to find deals on certains items. Just keep in mind that they do not represent all options in Vegas and I think that with a little more research via wedding websites, you may find even more options. p.s. Discount tickets (BOGO) are available in advance online for cheap! read more

Ok I have to say, the Bridal Spectacular itself was amazing!! There were so many wonderful vendors that had a ton of information for this bride. Everyone inside was super helpful and welcoming. However, the convention center itself had a terrible lack of signage, none of their employees knew where our convention was and we were given wrong directions 5 different times from 5 different people. That was extremely frustrating. But that's all location-related issues. Staff from the event handled everything very professionally. I am editing my original review because I was contacted by the BS team with a full refund and apologies. Being that it was the first time they had held this event at the convention center, there was a lot of confusion. I appreciate the effort into resolving my issues promptly and therefore have removed my 1 star review. Thank you bridal Spectacular. What a Terrible experience! We had to walk a mile around the building just to get in, and then there were no signs to show us where to go. We had a lady standing by herself in a corner holding a sign that walked us all the way around the back of the building that smelt like wet trash BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING and we STILL had to pay $10 for parking. What a joke! I wish I could get the money I spent for my ticket refunded and the parking I paid for refunded since we had to walk an extra 10 minutes just to get inside. To begin with, I enjoyed the Bridal Spectacular itself and found a few of my vendors there. However, after the show, I began to receive phone calls from time share companies telling me I had won a "free honeymoon" at the bridal show. I was immediately suspicious and told them I was not interested in buying anything or giving them any of my personal information. It turned out that they already had my personal information- my address, phone, and e-mail. They told me the Bridal Spectacular had given it to them so they could contact me. When I bought tickets, I had no idea that my personal information would be farmed out to time-share companies trying to lock me into sales pitch meetings. Even though I found a few vendors at the show, if I could change things I would not have gone, because now I keep getting scam phone calls. Very disappointed that a fun day at the bridal expo would turn into such a terrible experience. read more

The Bridal Spectacular is an inconsiderate circus. Today I visited David's Bridal to pick up my gown and help my Mother shop for her dress. The dressing rooms were bombarded with some of the most inconsiderate and rude women! There was leadership from the Bridal Spectacular using their laptops and having a full on meeting with about 6 models to rehearse for the show in Vegas. They had made an office out of one of the entrances to the dressing rooms & mirrored areas. The models had about 5 children running around the dressing rooms, playing in reserved rooms, screaming, and standing in the way of the other mirrored areas. NO ONE from their leadership group had made an appt and they were stealing reserved dressing rooms. Based on what I witnessed today, the Bridal Spectacular is an absolute joke. I would not waste my time nor my money on any of their events. read more

Please read the terms and conditions when you purchase tickets. I will NEVER attend another one of these events because I have been bombarded with emails and harassed with phone calls from sales reps claiming "I've won a prize" I didn't even sign up to win. I recently attended my 3rd Bridal Spectacular - I love getting free stuff and attention as the bride. My first experience, August of last year, was amazing, My second time, in January, was awesome and my most recently experience two weeks ago was...meh at best. I don't think it was because it was my third time attending it, but because it just didn't seem as organized this year as it had in the past. This year they tried to get us to use their app...which was a nightmare. Apparently there were two separate apps, one for scanning things and one that just served as a map of the venue. I thought it was the same app, so I was confused when I couldn't get it to scan. The vendors had no idea what was going on either and couldn't seem to help me. On top of that, a lot of the vendors on the app weren't even there, and they didn't have a booth. I was specifically looking for makeup artists, and although there were 5 or 6 listed I only found two. The rest of the listed "health and beauty" businesses were weight loss people, which I'll get into next... I'm starting to get really fed up with how many "weight loss," "face lift," and "free vacation" booths they're allowing to be set up. When I come to these events, it's because I am looking for an easy way to get in touch with various wedding vendors across the Valley. I do not like being harassed by these other booths that are either scams, or decide call me at 2 in the morning. I feel like Bridal Spectacular really needs to work on finding new, and unique vendors to invite to their events. Last August I felt like they had way more booths that offered experiences for bachelor/ette parties, rehearsal dinners, and fun things to do before the wedding with your bridal party. This time I felt like less vendors were there, and it lacked variety. I will probably return for the January event, because like I said I love free stuff, but I will not hesitate to do my own wedding research if they don't improve the quality of the vendors. read more

The last time I attended Bridal Spectacular was back in 2006. I went with my cousin who was getting married at the time and I was one of her Bridesmaid. I must say, it was my first time attending the event and I went crazy! I was going to every booth asking questions as if I was the one getting married. If you are engaged, the Bridal Spectacular show is a great place to start! There are so many vendors there, in every category, to give you plenty of options for your wedding day. It's nice to meet all of the vendors face to face, and compare vendors all in one day. Going to the show for one day will save you days and days of researching online! Trust me. The Vegas wedding industry is very diverse and there are plenty of options available to suit any style, theme and budget. All are available at the Bridal Spectacular show. Plan on spending several hours there so you don't feel rushed. Talk to the vendors, look at their samples, and watch the bridal fashion show. The show was fine, although a bit intimidating. But a good resource for wedding planning, and lots of discounts/freebies. The main reason I'm giving this two stars, though, is because I've been receiving at least 2 emails a day from vendors through the BS mailing list. They state that vendors do not have your actual email address, but vendors are able to email you indirectly through the BS mailing list. I cannot figure out a way to unsubscribe from (or opt out of) the overall mailing list, so I've had to unsubscribe from all of the individual emails. Very Annoying. read more
