I went to three stores before coming to this one, and found some dresses that were nice, but didn't have that THIS IS IT moment. I thought maybe "Say Yes to the Dress" made THE moment dramatic for TV. But when I put on my dress here, I didn't want to take it off. Anna was just what I needed when finding a dress! I described my venue, what I liked in a dress, and my budget. Rather than having me search among the racks, she brought me 6-10 dress options to try on since I didn't know what I was looking for in a wedding dress. The room was small, but the mirrors and lighting allowed me to see different angles and aspects of each gown. I ended up finding a dress I felt wonderful in and loved! Even more so, when I had some unexpected weight gain due to some health conditions, Anna was upfront about pricing and alterations that ended up being well worth every dollar! Yes, I had to make an unexpected trip from Barstow, CA to Las Vegas a few days before I left for my GA wedding as we made last-minute alterations from a zipper to a corset. Bridalxoxo made my "say yes to the dress" dream come true! I had looked in reno for dresses and had liked a lot of them and loved one that was way over my budget so my mom last minute recommended I try checking out some Vegas bridal boutiques while I was in town. I was able to make an appointment one or two days before and Marizol and Anna were amazing in helping me find something similar and within my budget. They were really attentive and personable- making the entire experience a remarkable one! Because I'm from out of town, I had called in to get an estimated time my dress would arrive and when the call went to voicemail and I didn't leave one, Vincenzo called me right back and asked what he could help with. I'm so excited to wear my dress in April!! I also love that they have sectioned off rooms so there is some privacy with your bridal party. My only complaint is it does not come with a garment bag but you can pay $10 for one. Thank to Anna and her team for saving my dress. I ordered my dress from an online distributor that had a storefront in LA. When it arrived, it didn't fit me how it was supposed to at all. It fell off my shoulders and cut my collarbone at a weird angle. Not mention, it also needed to be hemmed. The fabric was almost entirely made of tulle. Plus, it had a nude mesh to make an illusion back, and a side slit in it. Not exactly an easy fix. Anna had to redesign the bodice, add in extra lace, and move the cups so that it fit me properly. Then, of course, she hemmed the dress. She was professional and kind throughout the entire process. I was very happy with her work. read more

I called before coming in to see if I need to make an appointment and I spoke to Vinny on the phone, I said I wanted to walk in to look at a few dresses and not really try on yet. Vinny said we were welcome to come in. We went to the first room of the dresses and loved one so Anna offered if I wanted to try it. I bought my daughter a beautiful white dress off eBay, it was a bit too small and we needed to make it a bit more conservative since my daughter is getting married in the LDS temple. No other brides were in the shop and I felt like Marisol was listening to my ideas, needs. My dress did not arrive until May 2020 thanks to COVID-19. In June of 2017 my husband proposed and we were ready to start planning our wedding at last! The first thing I knew I had to do was get the dress. We wanted a late fall/early winter wedding, so I also knew that I had to act fast if I wanted my dress to arrive on time. I explored the local chains I knew, but had yet to find something that felt perfect. I wanted the kind of ball gown that would make me look and feel like a princess. It had to be easy to move in, not irritate my sensitive skin, and just had to look right for me. Though I had been leaning toward a couple of dresses at Alfred Angelo, I decided to visit Anna in Bridalxoxo at the recommendation of my husband's sister. Anna had assisted her with alterations for her own wedding dress and her family spoke very highly of the service. I'm so happy I decided to give her a try! My mom arrived at the shop before I did and was enamored with Anna and her husband Vincenzo. I drove over after work to meet them and Anna immediately swept me into three dresses based on the styles I told her I liked. All the dresses were beautiful, but it was the third that I kept staring at, petting the ruffles of the skirt inadvertently and trying to decide if I was ready to say yes to the dress. The fabric was so light and smooth--not as stiff as the Alfred Angelo dresses. It swished when I walked. I felt it flattered my shape despite the fact that the tester I tried on was a size 14 clipped in the back to fit a size 2. Anna even brought out a petticoat and tiara to complete the look (which I also purchased and wore on my wedding day!). Alfred Angelo ended up going out of business a couple of weeks after I made my choice. Bridalxoxo saved me from losing a dress or my money from them!
