Reverend Mark called us the night before to make sure we were on the same page and stayed in touch with us the next day until the Ceremony. Ken the photographer met us right on time and he was so fun and easy to work with, even my husband who is not keen on posing for pictures had a good time. We got married ON Freemont Street with all of the attendant chaos, and they handled it all very nicely. We got lots of photos and we are happy with how it all worked out. The papers were filed promptly, and the one minor issue we had with pictures was handle by Rev. Mark very swiftly. So you wanna get married in Vegas and don't want all the hoopla and expense of a formal ceremony and reception.... BUT you also don't want a "typical Vegas" Wedding or the tacky Elvis details... What do you do?? Call the Wedding Wagon! These guys will meet you at a location OF YOUR CHOOSING and bring the witness, officiant and ceremony to you! My fiancé and I wanted a hush-hush quickie ceremony to make it legal nearly 6 months before our "real" wedding date (the one that we told our parents and friends about). No... I wasn't pregnant. We were already making the trip to Vegas for the "real" ceremony and reception so we figured we would take advantage of the ease of getting married in Vegas by just doing our little legal ceremony there. We could have opted to just get married at the bureau by one of the justices of the peace there, but instead decided to try to find a way to make it a little special, while still keeping it private and secret. We ended up finding the Wedding Wagon on Yelp and we're delighted with the reviews. We decided to get married in front of the Bellagio fountains on Dec 6, 2014 at dusk. Dave Peck and his wife, owners of the Wedding Wagon, met us precisely on time at the location they told us to meet and escorted us to our location in front of the fountains. We watched the end of a fountain show and were told that when the crowd dispersed, we would move in and reserve our space for the ceremony and pictures. We enjoyed the fountain show to the tune of Elton John's "Your Song" and then began our ceremony. Much to our surprise (and his as well), the fountains piped up for a second show in less than 5 minutes! (Not typical) Dave was unfazed and simply said, "Well, I guess I'll just have to talk louder." So we could hear over the sound of the fountains behind us. We didn't care, however. Our ceremony was incredible and all our pictures both during and after the ceremony were in front of the most magical fountain display ever!!!! A crowd gathered around to observe our nuptials and clapped when it was over. We got our digital pictures (15 free!) in less than a week and are so happy with how they turned out! Let me preface this by saying, I never write bad reviews but I want the next person to have realistic expectations for the services LVWW provides. After booking on the calendar, I called to get details & finalize location inside Calico Basin inside Red Rock. Andi told me that she is the photographer and her husband is the officiant - great! She also said they have a favorite photo location inside Calico Basin. Everything was set. On our wedding day, the Minister arrived and I asked where his wife was? He informed us that he's not who we'd been communicating with. LVWW sent him to perform the ceremony AND do the photography. This poor man had no idea where the location was supposed to be. He is a very nice man but clearly not a photographer. Plus it's hard to multi-task officiating and photography! It was very distracting having him recite our vows while bending down to take pictures. Thank goodness my friends were there to help out with photography but I paid for 2 people and got 1. Had I known this, I would've hired a separate photographer and officiant. We can't say enough about LVWW. Reverend Peck and his wife are incredible and passionate about what they do. They met us promptly at the bellagio fountain and we chatted for awhile before they found the perfect little alcove for us to tie the knot. The entire experience was just fun. No stress. We brought a bottle of champagne. We paid to have our license available next day and we picked it up from the kiosk at the marriage bureau in 2 minutes. For some reason every time we spoke to this person he was quite unfriendly. We booked our wedding date online for a Saturday night in mid July. We also booked the optional photo package. The day we were flying in was the night we were to be getting married. Unfortunately we missed our flight. By the time we got to the hotel, we realized we would not be able to make it. We called to reschedule for another night. But were told that they had nothing available except a 1 pm the following week. When we called to see if there were any cancellations for an evening appointments we could take, he informed us that there weren't any. He became very rude and refused to refund any of our money if we didn't keep our time slot. We realized that the cost of the wedding would not be refunded- but no where on the website did it state that photo package was non refundable. My husband asked if he would at least refund 50% of the photo service -but he would not budge. At this point we really didn't want to be married by someone who was so rude to us. I was really on the fence about using this service but YELP rarely ever steers me wrong. We wanted to elope in Vegas and my husband did not want to do a quirky chapel or Elvis theme. If for some reason this review will finally show up, I recommend reading the filtered reviews in order to get a good idea of what to expect. Awesome. Perfect. Loved everything!!! The Wedding Wagon is a fantastic way for legal marriage in Vegas. I just got married on the balcony of my 30th floor hotel room at the Cosmopolitan over looking the Bellagio fountains and the 'Eiffel Tower'. After researching different options my husband and I selected the Wedding Wagon to preside over the service, and boy, were we happy! This is as far opposite as you can get from an Elvis impersonator in a tacky chapel!! The Reverends, James and Andy arrived at the hotel lobby right on time and were extremely friendly and relaxed, which is a very nice feeling. The reverends had a look at the room and balcony and went over the details of the paperwork, explaining their roles as they went along and went over how the service would proceed - smiling the entire time. They took the time to snap a few photos to establish the lighting and views - we had the fountains lit up behind us and the Strip glowing, it was all very beautifully set (they made sure to catch the fountains at their best!). The service was simple and binding, exactly what we wanted. Afterwards they took a few more photos of us in our room happy, married and showing off our rings. :) The Revs. James and Andy do an amazing job and should be commended on their professionalism and for the spirit in which they perform their wedding services. As Cookie R. mentions - the communication is outstanding. I felt comfortable and relaxed and confident that I got the *best* vegas wedding experience. So much fun! :) On the more technical side: They filed the paperwork with the county right away - I was able to order the Marriage Certificate within a week of the ceremony. My husband and I decided to do a vow renewal in Vegas for our 5 year anniversary. Online booking was super easy and they followed up multiple times with detailed information and instructions, so I felt really comfortable that everything would run smoothly. We are extremely simple people and this is was an extremely simple process!!! In addition to being simple, we are very poor planners :) Even though we knew what date we wanted to get married for some time, we waited late to book and all the appointments were gone. I emailed to see if there was any chance they could get us on our select date and the were able to accommodate!! After we booked, we received an email with every detail that we could possibly need. After 25 years of marriage we planned a last minute vow renewal in Vegas. Our ceremony was Saturday May 20th at 8pm. Matt and Brad arrived on time and were prepared. The first photo location did not go as planned as there was a special TV taping with a live performance by Drake taking place on floating stage on the water at Bellagio. There were masses of people everywhere and the timing of the fountains was not every 15 minutes as usual. Matt and Brad recognized that the pictures in front of the fountains was supposed to be the highlight of the renewal for me. I was very disappointed. They were professional and patient. Matt was able to make us a really small space to stand and somehow Brad was able to snap a few pictures while the fountains were going. It was chaos but they came through in a big way. They both offered to wait and see if the fountains came on again but unfortunately the did not. Next we were off to Caesar's for the vow exchange and more photos. The standard vows are really touching and were meaningful for us. We also had our own vows to read. Nothing about the evening was cheesy or cheap. Matt did a great job performing the ceremony and Brad took a lot of great pictures. Lastly we went to the Las Vegas sign. Again, they made this a fun process and took a lot of photos. They were happy to oblige when we asked if we could do this or that. My husband and I would highly recommend The Wedding Wagon with Matt and Brad. We are very happy with our evening and with the photo treasures. Matt and Brad turned what could have been a disaster into a funny story and great memory. When my fiance and I got engaged, we knew we wanted a really intimate wedding ceremony. Being Las Vegas locals, we searched for months. They do so many weddings that the ceremonies seem rehearsed and rushed. I've seen a 10 minute ceremony that cost $400!! Sure, to each his own, but being that I've been to a few chapel weddings in my day, the idea just didn't seem to get better. Then my dad found an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal about the LVWW. Reading the article, I have to admit, I was pretty apprehensive. Then I thought, if the Review Journal wrote an article about them, they have to be legit! Thinking it over for about a week, we decided to have Rev. Andy and Rev. James marry us in my parent's backyard. You pick the location. They can marry you in front of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign or even on the sidewalk in front of the Bellagio Fountains. Pretty cool. Better than a cheesy chapel with Elvis as your reverend, in my opinion! In scheduling a wedding it is easy for a bride to be anxious. These two made themselves readily available for questions and made me feel at ease. They replied to all of my emails in a timely manner. Payment is only $99 and you pay via paypal to secure the date. The day of, they came on time. They were very courteous and polite. They made us and all of our guests feel comfortable. The ceremony was lighthearted but still emotional (I had to fight my tears during the vows) and was definitely the perfect ceremony for us, as it was stress free and all of our guests enjoyed it. Lastly, Rev. James took photos afterwards and they came out wonderful. From the very beginning they were quick to answer any questions we had. And through text message too which is super convenient. Considering I found them online and had only spoke to them over the phone and text, naturally I was a little nervous if they were a legitimate business, and with how affordable it was. It almost sounded too good to be true. Make sure when you get to Vegas you get your marriage license. (We pre-filed online and were in and out in ten minutes, while other people waited in line even a bride in her dress! Yikes.) We chose to marry privately in our hotel suite. They were on time and pleasantly waited for me as I was running abt 30 minutes behind. Sorry for that! I was a little unsure how it would all turn out but it absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. My husband and I had to hold back tears during the ceremony and everything felt so special thanks to Rev Peck. They took photos throughout the ceremony and afterwards even asking if we had any photo requests...unfortunately I wasn't as prepared for extra photo ops and was out of ideas, though thought of some later. My husband tipped them as should you considering how reasonable pricing is and how smoothly everything went. Photos are easily ordered online. We paid for the 24 hour recording and had our official marriage certificate a day later to take home. The certificate is 10 dollars cheaper than if you have it mailed to you. I would recommend just picking them up yourself. It's super easy through a kiosk at the Clark County Recorder. $15 each. We ordered the poker chip souvenir which was def worth it bec I had a hard time finding really any fun wedding stuff at any shops. They actually forgot to bring them but when I realized a day later they brought them right to our suite. I never thought I'd elope in Vegas until we did and now I know why people do, because it's super simple, affordable, and you get to have a romantic non stressful wedding with your spouse without having to worry about anything else. We will have a ceremony with close family and renew our vows in a couple of years and I'd love to have Rev Peck again. Thank you guys for a day we will always cherish. read more

We were married by Reverend Peck 2 weeks ago. I had been recommended Las Vegas Wedding Wagon by a friend who had a great experience with them 2 years ago. Rev. Peck and his wife were absolutely lovely and professional. The ceremony was done in about 10 minutes I think (quick but meaningful, which is what we wanted) with photos and a nice chat afterwards. My husband and I both hate getting photos taken and don't have much experience at it as a couple, but we were given good instructions for some nice poses and made to feel at ease. We eloped, so it was important that we had something nice to show people. At the end they asked if there were any other photos we would like, of course we couldn't think of anything but they took a photo for us on my husband's phone so we had something to show straight away. I was a little unsure about location - the most obvious choice is the Bellagio fountains but I was worried about them being too busy on a Sunday afternoon, and we were arriving in Vegas the evening prior so there wasn't a lot of time to scope a location, so I emailed the guys at LVWW for any suggestions. They suggested the Caesars Palace fountains, which I had seen before and agreed this was a great alternative. Unfortunately when we got there on the day, the fountains were empty and closed off! We worried a little at first but Rev Peck quickly suggested another spot, the gazebo at the corner, which was also nice and private (well, as private as the strip gets!). I would recommend LVWW to any couple who wants a low fuss ceremony that isn't city hall/registry office or a chapel. We drove past some of the Vegas chapels the next day and they just looked cheap and tacky. Our experience with LVWW certainly was not cheap and tacky, and we will remember it forever. read more

They arrived timely and were the nicest, most professional, fun and friendly team. We exchanged our vows in front of the Bellagio fountains and everything could not have worked out better. We live in Phoenix az and decided we wanted to get married in Las Vegas and wasnt sure what to do. We checked out alot of places and just wasn't happy. Then we come to find wedding wagon would marry us any where I was so excited we picked right in front of my favorite casino the Bellagio. It was a great day. The people they sent where awesome. Daniel and Pia are absolutely amazing!!! Do not use anyone but them. They truly care and will make sure that everything goes as smooth as possible within their power. We had reverend tell us it was the best wedding he has witnessed. They are underpriced which is why you really should tip around $100. Under $300 with tip to get married wherever you want (within reason) plus pictures. My fiancé now wife was pleasantly surprised and we would do it again. If they are still around in 10 years we will get our vows renewed. read more
