The shop is gorgeous with a huge selection of dresses. If you can get to this shop it's well worth the experience. This place is not over the top in prices can find all levels of affordability. It's worth it!!!!

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible service- they could care less about their…read morecustomers. Ordered my gown March'17. Absolutely loved it, but the issues surrounding the way my dress & I were treated were despicable. In September '17 I went into the store to try on the dress, but it was missing the top layer of the organza. The store then had to order a new dress. It came in February '18. I went in to try it on & I said to my mom in awe; "I can't believe how gorgeous this dress is. I don't want to get out of it!!" **To which the consultant replied- w. much attitude-"Well, the store closes in 10 minutes, so you have to."** As a bride, excited to finally try on her dress after 11 months, to feel rushed, unwanted& like a bother, ruined my experience. May '18: fittings(bridesmaids too)- appointment was scheduled& we were on time. Another bride had an appointment hours later but asked if she could just come in now& consultant allowed it- pushing back my appointment. No one apologized-after 30mins of being ignored, we were shoved into the back room because the other bride was in the last actual fitting room. Days before the wedding, I hung up the gown & noticed the dress had weird pulls in the under layer. It looked as though it was sewed together wrong. I texted Lina & she assured me this was normal but after getting photos back from my photographer of my train from my wedding day- it was 100% not normal & my dress & train did not flow the way it was supposed to. I put my wedding gown on& when my MOH went to hook the top of my dress together it FELL off because it was poorly sewn on. THANKFULLY, after 20 minutes of struggling, my Nonna was able to fix it- sewing me into the dress. This incident made us late. I un-bustled my gown post wedding, only to find it full of holes in the organza, from where the bustle was sewn. Holes big enough to put our hands through. *At NO time, did Bridal Couture tell me that there was a chance for the bustle to rip holes in the organza* We called the store multiple times to discuss these matters- Deb (manager) called my mom in August. Deb suggested we send the owners an email w. pictures. Deb admitted that the store was busy with their move during the time of my wedding implying that not enough attention was paid to me or my dress. I was finally able to arrange a time with Lina to bring the dress to the store. We went to the store & Lina didn't show up, ended up needing to reschedule.Lina said that the holes from the bustle are common with organza. I was shocked, because had I known this prior to asking for a bustle, I wouldn't have chosen this option. Lina said she would fix the holes in the gown at no charge in about a month. She claimed that it would not be noticeable, it would just look like the other seams in the dress&that "it will be good enough for your future daughter." After 5 weeks, I messaged Lina asking her the status of the dress. She said it's not finished yet& that it would be done in the next couple weeks. Another month later, I messaged her again. 2 days later, I received a rude voicemail from Lina; stating that it's a courtesy to me that she's having the dress fixed while implying that I am no longer a priority to her because my wedding was finished. November '18: the dress is ruined. The seams they added are all over the place- up&down, side to side& even diagonally & very noticeable. I contacted Lina, she refused to text with me over the matter, told me she would call &never did until I contacted her again& again. Finally spoke& Lina was disrespectful, refused to let me speak, interrupting me. She said my wedding is over& her responsibility is too, which I replied that she shouldn't be finished until she has a happy customer& she said that I will never be satisfied so she doesn't care anymore. She went on about how she's been in business for 20years, never had issues before& refused to do anymore & hung up on me. It's disheartening that I had to go through this emotional distress because of their bad service. I do NOT recommend Bridal Couture.
