Can I give negative stars??…read more 10 years ago when I was starting my orthodontic treatment I made an appointment with Dr. Agapas, and as he was inspecting my mouth he blatantly said to my mother that my nose was too big for my face, and basically I wouldn't be pretty unless I got my nose done. I left crying and hurt that someone would say this to a 11 year old girl. Looking back on it now I can see how unprofessional and downright rude he was, and I'm thankful I went to an alternate orthodontist. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Agapas unless you want to destroy your child's self confidence.

Absolute scumbags. Don't waste your time or money, because they will take both of those and tell you there's nothing they can do. What a joke. You should all be ashamed. Also a few years ago this office convinced me to get multiple root canals done by them. Every single one has failed and ruined the other healthy teeth in my mouth along the way. That's a 100% failure rate, not even close to the 99% success rate they claimed. It's absolute insanity how they can get away with charging people hundreds of dollars for literally nothing. I would never ever use nor recommend him to anyone. When you walk into any health care facility, you should be made to feel WELCOME. Not with my buddy Cook. Did get a call five minutes later that there was still time to come back but no apology for ignoring me. So went to another dentist in town and will be using their services from now on. All receptionist had to say was have a seat. I have bone on bone with both knees and osteoarthritis throughout my body and all in file. So it tends to make me grumpy when I have to stand for awhile after driving half an hour in to town to be ignored while she argued with a client on the phone.

It took around 10 minutes, only to have noticed the day after that the tooth became super sensitive on one edge and the new filling very rough. Booked another appointment to have it rechecked with the same dentist, who without even looking at it stated it was done correctly, and offered to put some gel on it. When I told him it felt as if a part was not done or missed, and if he could take a look, he stated that he wouldn't be drilling holes in my teeth just to refill them again... I booked an appointment with a different dentist, who immediately saw the filling was not polished and missing on the edge. So much for wanting to support local small business. Can't say how disappointing it is, not to mention the few hundred dollars he charged for absolutely nothing but a job horribly done.
