After she zipped it up for the first time, the zipper broke and the dress was brought back to have it fixed and Nam said that the dress was too tight for my girlfriend, which was the reason why the zipper broke in the first place. We were promised to pick up the dress with a new zipper on Thursday (4/20) but even though we arrived on a Saturday (4/23), it was still not ready. We then came back around 4 PM on the same day and then attempted to pick up the dress but then Nam said he wanted to see my girlfriend wear the dress to see if there's any issues. After he saw her wear the dress, he again mentioned that the dress was too tight even though she was able to successfully zip it up with no issues and started arguing with my gf that it's not his problem that the dress doesn't fit and he won't fix it again because he's losing money (I was taken aback here). I highly recommend anyone that's looking for a decent tailor to skip this place. Nam lacks any sort of customer service skills and seems to be a mess in terms of organization and keeping promises of when to pick up garments. I will NEVER come here again and if you read the other 1 star reviews on this page, you'll see the exact same issue with Nam. He uses cheap quality zippers and blames the customer for his issues.

The dress fit me perfectly when I got it back. I have also had them do a couple of dry cleaning jobs for me and they did an excellent job on that as well. My items have always been ready for pick-up by the time promised. If you're driving here there is a small parking lot behind this place and there is also street parking available directly in front of their storefront. The people working here are always friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and dry cleaning needs.

Brought a fleece jacket in for dry cleaning, asked to remove the cat hair and lint on it. The guy…read morewho took it in said yes they can do it. When I came to pick it up 2 days later, the jacket was in the plastic bag and she charged me an expensive quote. When I further examined the jacket inside the bag, I noticed there was still a lot of cat fur and lint on the jacket. Looks like it was barely touched and cleaned. She told me the hair couldn't be removed and used a lint roller. Ok, so what's the point of bringing in for dry cleaning if you can't remove the hair? Especially when I first dropped it off, I was told the hair could be removed. Don't go here, waste of $, and you can easily clean a better job at home by yourself. Looks like they don't even do a good job "dry cleaning" cause jacket looks exactly the same when I first bought it in.
