Both times I have come here, the attendant (female the first time and male the second time) were both very helpful and friendly to myself and to others. Although this might not be a "high-end" laundromat (i don't know if those even exist) it fulfilled the job I needed it to do; CLEAN MY CLOTHES! I have no complaints, except that currently the LARGE dryers have someone's dried clothes sitting in them and no one is able to use them. They should be removed by the staff so other customers can use them (or these people need to come get their clothes). Overall I've had no issue. **EDIT: Once my clothes finished washing, I spoke with the male attendant and he kindly removed the dried clothes that were sitting in the large dryer for the last 45 minutes so I was able to use it to dry my clothes.

On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

I knew they wouldn't go as far as to damage the fabric as they told me as such. When i went in today to pick up the pants I was told they got as much as they could without destroying the fabric. I asked if that meant they could not remove the stain. I was told no. I took the pants to the card & lo-and-behold, there is no teammate of the stain to the untrained eye. The large washing machine that I used was like only $5 and change. It is a few blocks from a plaza that has Asian restaurants, liquor store, dollar tree, Dunkis. I had a great experience there and would definitely go back to that one or try out other of their franchise locations that may be closer to my home.
