I contacted these guys a few months ago. A guy came out and sat in his truck at the time we were…read morescheduled for an estimate. I go outside to see what the hold up is and he said he wasn't sure which house it was after sitting in his truck for a good 20 minutes. Ok not that he could'nt have seen the giant numbers on the house. We do an estimate and I NEVER get a call back even AFTER I called them back to see when we could get the results of that estimate, the reply was we'll get back to you on that!!

We have not yet decided whether to go with Anderson or not, probably not, but we have not met with…read morethe "design consultant" yet. I would just like to say I am completely turned off by the way the pre-meet the design consultant process works. You go through a call center whose only job is to set up an appointment. You cannot ask any questions to gauge whether you might even want to proceed with them. All the call center can do is set up appointments and you can't get past them. If there is a showroom nearby, you can go there but it is not really set up for meeting with homeowners. They also ask a lot of unnecessary questions. For example, for a window replacement they ask how old the window to be replaced is, what problems you are having with it, how old it is, etc. Who cares? We find process very annoying compared to other companies where you can actually speak to someone first about their product and get a ball park figure of about how much it would cost, understanding of course, that the final estimate depends on the exact measurements, and some other factors.
