They came and gave me an estimate, and then they came to pick up my check for the deposit on Saturday. The owner said they would come to do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. They never showed up, and I tried to contact the owner four times - once on his cell & three times through his office & he never returned my calls. So I put a stop on the check for the deposit. The following Monday he called me and wanted to know why he wasn't able to cash the check, and I said because he took my check, never gave me a receipt, and wouldn't return my calls. He claimed that he never got my messages and blamed it on the girl in the office. Even though I also left voicemail on his personal cell phone. I have no time to deal with people who don't know how to run a business properly. It only takes a minute to make a phone call to reach out to somebody and let them know the status of the job. If he called and explained that they were delayed and wouldn't be coming on the scheduled day, I would have understood. But to take a check from somebody for $1750 , not give them a receipt,and not return phone calls is very unprofessional.

I contacted Allen and got an immediate response. He gave a very fast estimate that I found fair. We moved forward with a deposit and let ran a week later the job is complete. Complete tear off, new drip edge, new composite felt paper, 5 new sheets of wood, new ice and water shield, new plumbing boots, new ridge vent and new architectural shingles and the chimney was flash properly with flashing and counter flashing. He even eliminated a plumbing stack that was left behind from a previous renovation. He took pictures as the work progressed and contacted throughout the progress. If an item arose during progress I was notified as it happened again with pictures to prove it. He made it felt like I was there working with them. (Pictures sent to me from the owner). VERY IMPRESSED. I felt at easy even though I was no where close. I would recommend this company to anyone Thank you Allen and crew. Great job. Hard to find honest companies anymore.

He came the next day and gave a me a great price to remove and dispose of the counter tops.. Then we talked about tiling the back splash... not to go into detail...
