I Returned in three days to pick up the jacket. Nothing had been done to the jacket and I was told to return in two days When I returned to pick up the jacket on the second trip I was told by Tony that they had been very busy and they did not have a chance to dry clean the jacket,however the button was reattached. My telephone number, course was on file in their computer system, however, no one took the time to alert me that the jacket would not be ready on time as promised. You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

While the facilities were clean enough, the machines were a little grimy with detergent residue where it is added because of the style of machines. (I still use a traditional top loading machine.). Because it's been a long time, as I said, I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. It was definitely expensive--but again, I used quarters last time, and it would take a lot to dry your towels. I used a debit card, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would use this business again if I had the need, and would be better prepared as to what to expect.
