Prices are a bit high but they get the job done quickly and right. It is a busy place. They will pick up, drop off, take walk ins, and all. The best part is if you need a rush job they can usually make it happen. I bring all of my stuff here... like I said it is a bit higher then what I was used to in TX but they have not messed up or lost anything yet! That is worth a ton to me! Some of my wife's stuff has belts that have gotten lost at other places or are just more delicate then your Reg shirts and slacks. Couldn't be happier with the service here. I took 6 items that needed to be cleaned and/or repaired. Reasons why they're amazing: - quick turn around time - very reasonable prices - Sarah & team are friendly and professional - love their automated text alerts when your clothes are ready I want to highlight two of the items I got back. #1 was a shirt my friend loves. He got a rip in the back and was about to throw it away. Sarah let me know they could fix it and it would be visible (love her transparency). They did a FANTASTIC job, and the fix is barely noticeable. #2 is one of my favorite blouses that has an annoying number of pleats in the front. Very happy with the way it came out. Not sure if changed ownership because used to be a good cleaner. I brought 2 business jackets, one of which they ruined. I brought it in a few weeks ago and was more expensive than it has been before. Asked why and he blatantly told me "that has always been the price." So I paid and picked up the next week and see on the receipt he charged for linen. The jacket isn't linen. So he used the highest heat and burned the edges of the blazer. I just went in to ask what happened, showed the receipt (stating linen), etc (mind you I still haven't taken it out of the plastic or off hanger to show it literally is from their hands) It's not just that my jacket is ruined but he also accused me of ruining it in the wash, that "he remembers me when I dropped off," and specifically that I've washed it before and he even went further saying I told him I "ruined it myself when I washed it at the hotel I had been at." Further said that he uses the same heat for everything, etc... Yes I've washed it many times and yes I've even ironed it many times. It's always been fine but I had a meeting so I wanted it pressed professionally. I've used other dry cleaners and never had a problem bc they don't try to overcharge me on a blazer to get the highest price for a cleaning...other dry cleaners look at the label and submit it with the proper cleaning instructions for the material. #1 I've never washed my clothes at hotel in my life. #2 you can look on any iron and see that linen isn't just the most expensive for him to charge, but it's the highest heat setting for fabric when ironing. #3 do not go here. Rudest experience I've had in a very long time. And one of my best business jackets that sadly is ruined. Do not give this man ANY of your business. read more

I've been going here for several months after a recommendation from a friend and the service really does live up to its name. In my experience other dry cleaners seem return my clothes either damaged, with stains still in my clothes, or with surprise wrinkles on a regular basis, but I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work done here. After taking a look at my salt-damaged Uggs following a recent trip I made to Chicago, my friend recommended that I take the boots here. I left my boots with them and they came back looking as though a year of wear had been taken off! Apparently they clean shoes which is great if you want to get some extra life out of your expensive boots, golf shoes, or even your less-than-fresh gym shoes, which is something I've never considered using a dry cleaners for in the past. I can't compare their prices to other dry cleaners, as it's been a while since I had a winter coat dry cleaned anywhere, but their turnaround time was good. I dropped it off this morning and they text messaged me this afternoon. It looks clean. The lady that greeted me both times wasn't nice or mean. First class dry cleaners is one of a kind! They are so professional and friendly here and remember you on a name to name basis after the first time you come back. My dry Cleaning is always done perfectly and have never had anything come out less then perfection anything from regular dry cleaning to alterations are done at the highest level. My family has been a customer of First Class Cleaners for the past five or six years. They do excellent dry cleaning, shirt laundering, and alterations with great customer service. I've had dresses taken in and the hems fixed on two formal gowns (in 2015 and just last week) to repair mistakes made by other tailors. Had a hard time finding a reliable dry cleaner location for the longest time. I'm a young professional new to the area. Every time, my dress shirts came out stretched or too "ironed" (if that makes any sense) at other cleaners around the area. This place is truly awesome! Not only did my shirts come out perfect, the turnover time was fast too! Will never go any where else. The price is not anything out of the ordinary...but I don't mind it bc of the quality I get. I went here the other day at 7:00 am. Just came here and need 5 of me and my gf clothes do the dry laundry. It was of reasonable price. And the clothes is as clean as new!
