First, the truck is hard to find but they said they are on social media. This day it was cleverly parked outside a bar that i dont think serves food. Drunk people want food. The owners of this truck are exceptionally nice and helpful people. The sandwich i had came on about a 7" french roll. That and the mayo and pate were pretty tasty. Unfortunately, there wasnt much for veggies on the sandwich and i thought thats kind of what makes a Bahn Mi special. Also the other pork roll type meat had this ring of gelatin/fat that I personally found unappetizing. My friend said she didnt mind it at all. I thought both receptions were done very well and the food was amazing. The new manager has done a wonderful job. I was impressed with all the details they thought about. They even had an emergency wedding kit in the ladies restroom with a sewing kit, mouthwash, deodorant, etc. for the bride and all the guest. When the cigarette receptacle caught on fire at one of the events before the bride arrived the manager helped me dig the cigar and wrapper a guest had shoved down in it out so the bride wouldn't arrive to nasty cigar smoke blowing through the parking lot. It wasn't easy or pleasant either. They helped with a lot of little things other places often say are not their responsibility as a venue to help with. I would recommend it to any of the brides I work with in the future.

Terrible in every way. -They didn't turn the AC on so it was burning up and people left early because they couldn't stand the extreme heat. -The food was an hour late from when it was supposed to come out. No one was told it wasn't ready and were about to line up after the evening prayer. - The workers were very unprofessional wearing cut off shorts and shirts. They all looked like larry the cable guy. -Workers would walk through the floor during the bride's first dance and get in the way of photographs. - Workers could be seen dancing and eating food instead of doing their job. I saw three of them eating off of the bride's wedding cake. -Bathrooms were a mess and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. -Staff would yell rudely at guests about drinking on or near the dance floor. NEVER GO HERE. IT USE TO BE GOOD BUT IS NOW A COMPLETE DUMP.
