The product DID ship, but it was not as described, missing a part, significantly damaged, and pre-scratched out of the box. BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a Ravin Crossbow from Bridgeport in September and 6 weeks after purchase the limb cracked. I took the bow backed and was met with a lot of accusations from the clerk- like this is the first crossbow I had ever used. This is my 3rd crossbow. On December 28th I picked up my crossbow, which was still not repaired, and took it to Lucky's Outdoors in Summersville WV. My crossbow was repaired in 20 minutes! Bridgeport kept saying they could not get the parts even though a Ravin rep told the clerk who sold me the crossbow said the parts would be sent out asap. Funny that a local shop had parts on hand. Due to the extended time waiting on my crossbow I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received a letter that Bridgeport would never respond to them. Rented some equipment awhile back. When I returned it they said the item was damaged and they had to replace parts on it. Showed me pictures of the alleged damage and everything looked same as i had gotten it. Don't trust these scam artists. You need to rent something head to ICR Equipment Rental. Equipment rental- Very poor customer service. Delivered unusable equipment the first time, and tried giving run around to correct the issue. Don't pick equipment up when stated, over charge and get you every way they can for more money! I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent equipment from them. read more

I purchased a gun safe from them with the assurance of the person selling it to me and my wife it would be delivered to my back door so I could put it in the house.
