The prior ownership had good rates but this company is for lack of a better term crooked. I repeated asked someone to contact me about the rates and the employee on multiple times told me she called the district manager but they never contacted me. Someone forgot to load my appliance dolly onto the truck- so I was able to pick one up closer to me. I was able to return it all together. I left some stove parts in the cab- they would have cost me $200 to replace. Wendy made sure she found them and set them aside for me 3 days after-the fact. I am just so appreciative of the way they bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed.
