He got upset saying he did call but there is no incoming calls from his Business or his personal cell, that he did say that he called us as well from and to top it off when we went to check on vehicle. The business had closed earlier than normal, that we were not aware of. And to find the the vehicle was left in the parking lot, unlocked, so not only, did he LIE about calling us, he left our vehicle unsecured in a open parking lot in the city of saginaw. We will not be doing business with Gales Auto from here on out. To make promises and not stand behind them and lying goes too far to have a reputable business.

Ordered the tires online and those exact ones were put on without any problems. My kid test drove them on a 4.5 hour trip. And they lasted longer than her old Ford. Fast forward to about 5 months ago, I again returned for tires and found out the owner sold the business. He was still employed there, and no doubt the services remained top notch. After they put on my new tires, he was concerned about a noise that he heard and I reassured him that they didn't do anything wrong. The noise was unnoticeable when he pulled it around, but when he brought it back he mentioned it. To me, he was very genuine about it and did not try to make it seem as though he didn't hear it but also didn't want me to think they broke anything. I even switched to the company that they dealt with for credit services and remained pleased with the 6 month same as cash offering that I'd been accustomed to with my other card. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Discount Tires (never again) and tires from Belle Tire (even worse). Totten is my place for these services. Quality and professional service is what makes a great place. I just hope the new owners keep the same standards and staff. My car was getting louder and louder. My car is older and foreign so I knew if a muffler was…read moreneeded it could be a problem even getting parts. I was assured that if a muffler was needed, they could modify available parts to solve the problem if necessary. I called, made an appointment within a day or two and was given the good news that I didn't need a muffler. I had a broken bracket resulting in a twisted and sagging system, and a couple of burned out gaskets. I was on my way with a quieter car in a little over an hour. Their staff was on task, very knowledgeable and very pleasant and the cost was very reasonable. This was my first experience with Terminue Brake & Muffler (Bay City, MI) and I can say will be my only repair shop from now on. These guys are the best!
