I actually asked them about the above review from the Tim guy and the real story is hilarious. They provided him with video evidence from their surveillance cameras showing them actually tightening his axle. They gave him a loan bike and he trashed it and abandoned it. Anyway, I had a major service and tune down there. It was great value and a lot cheaper. I expected although the work was to an excellent standard. I intend to book in my R class license here as well when I'm ready to move onto a bigger bike as they have a Q Ride school. Literally only leaving this review because I read the negative one and thought this guy must be a fuck wit because that is not even remotely the experience I had with these guys.

Hey guys just a word of warning about One Addiction at Lawnton. Have had a pretty awful experience…read morewith them just recently. Took my bike in for a service and a rear tyre change. Go for a ride the next day and my rear wheel jolts sideways at 100 km/h. Manage to keep the bike upright and look down and see the rear axle nut missing (the nut holding the rear wheel on). They must have forgotten to tighten the nut. They say they will come and get me from where I was out near Dayboro. I expected a tow truck or something to show up but nope, the mechanic rocks up on his bike, does a quick roadside repair and tells me it's right to ride back to the shop... Then the way I was treated afterwards I felt was incredibly unprofessional and they didn't even refund the labour they charged me for changing the tyre. They gave me a $100 voucher for discounts on future services in an attempt to appease me. As if I'm gonna be going back there ever again after their mistake nearly cost me my life. I get that mistakes happen but when your mistake nearly costs a customer their life, you think that you would be treated with a bit more kindness than I was. They refused to pay for my bike to be towed to another location to be repaired after I told them I didn't trust them to touch it. Take the owner's response with a very big grain of salt. He tried lying and gaslighting me when I posted this review elsewhere. Pic of the wheel taken roadside immediately after I stopped.
