I have been going to these guys for many years, I can honestly say that today's visit will be my last!
Very unprofessional, very rude and to over inflate a normal service cost by $120 dollars and then be told its due to price of oil and labour costs going up this is totally unacceptable. (I bet the mechanic's aren't getting paid anymore!) I made some enquiries and found the same service for $240 they rip you off for $360. Charging $23 for a litre of oil that costs them less than $55 for 5litres!! Not only that my vehicle takes 3.6litres and they charged me for 5litres!!! Is this the right customer service centre to go too?? Save yourself the grief and being parted with more cash than is necessary go elsewhere for general servicing. Lee, please if you reply with your generic response and ask for my contact details when this review is very specific and the fact that I called to discuss the price hike it's pretty obvious and you have my contact details. ***EDIT No3*** Still no contact from Bridgestone AU despite making contact with them directly about this franchisee ripping customers off. It would seem Bridgestone AU are ok with this.... Avoid Bridgestone centres is the advice unless you like being parted with your hard earned cash. My invoice does not tally up with that of the report provided clear over charge on consumables.

Yes Bridgestone, Troy your rep has called me and listened to the concerns regarding this franchisee that has lots of bad reviews from staff attitude to include rude staff and ripping customers off with their inflated prices but Troy has by no means addressed the concerns and was going to come back to me once he had discussed it with the franchisee. read more
