Very unprofessional, very rude and to over inflate a normal service cost by $120 dollars and then be told its due to price of oil and labour costs going up this is totally unacceptable. (I bet the mechanic's aren't getting paid anymore!) I made some enquiries and found the same service for $240 they rip you off for $360. Charging $23 for a litre of oil that costs them less than $55 for 5litres!! Not only that my vehicle takes 3.6litres and they charged me for 5litres!!! Is this the right customer service centre to go too?? Save yourself the grief and being parted with more cash than is necessary go elsewhere for general servicing. Lee, please if you reply with your generic response and ask for my contact details when this review is very specific and the fact that I called to discuss the price hike it's pretty obvious and you have my contact details.
