I wrote a review, but they immediately took it down for 'violating community guideline', so I'm writing a new one. my experience here was so terrible. the workers were so inconsiderate, rude, not caring, and really didn't give a crap as long as they got paid. they took me off all my meds except for my sleeping me, and sent me home with two new meds without even making sure I didn't have withdrawals or bad side effects for taking me off my meds so suddenly. they didn't care if people got bullied or harassed until someone spoke up, and even then, they didn't do anything to fix it other than talk to the person, like THATS going to make a difference. Im also autistic and have a bear and blankie I can't sleep without for the life of me. they didn't care. they don't even care to listen to when we have actual problems to talk about. I wouldn't be surprised if more than 200 people left the world after getting out of this crap hole. a girl got called a wh0r3 for wearing shorts because pants make her claustrophobic, and she had a panic attack because she was forced to put on pants. I got dress coded for wearing a shirt that barely showed any of my shoulders and collarbone because god forbid that a female shows her shoulders. never go to this place unless you want to leave worse than what you arrived. the food was amazing, and THATS the only good thing about the place. I hate this place, and if I didn't know better, I would've left immediately after getting out. if you're admitting yourself, a kid, family member, or friend, DONT admit them here. 0/10 do not recommend in the slightest. they also didn't give us hairbrushes or combs, so people have literally had to cut their hair after getting out because it would get so tangled and matted. if you're going to admit yourself or someone you know, do it at least at lighthouse in Augusta, Georgia, because at least they care a little bit, unlike this place. this place is absolute garbage, other than the heavenly food, so please never go here.

In my 7-8 years of dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, this front desk staff manager has crossed a line and the lack of compassion and empathy really puts Dr. Patel in a terrible light and for him that is not fair.

I went through absolute chaos to get my medical accommodation form filled out. I had verbal…read moreconfirmation from the HEAD of my companies HR department that a therapist can fill out the form. a dr doesn't need to. I explained this nicely to 2 staff members and the office manage. the office manager claimed I was yelling at her and said "YOU DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT OR I CANCE ALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS" so I went up there again I calmly got my form back and called to cancel all my appointment. Dr Gupta calls my grandma after this i believe this could be a violation of my HIPPA rights and discussing my condition and future appointments without my approval/consent he also lied claiming I was causing chaos in front of other patients. WHICH IS A BOLD FACE LIE!! if cops were to get involved there's no footage of me causing any chaos face to face. yes Dr Gupta told my grandma "we could call the cops and press charges" the worst things I did is I said "that's *** stupid I ain't paying that" when I was on the phone with the office manager I ended it with "I'm done with you" cause she threatened me and then I hung up. Incredibly unprofessional I will never go back here.
