yeah i went to buy with them 6 yrs ago and got messed around......not turning up when i went to…read moreview houses then so then ened up renting a house that i was happy with lived there for three years then they took over the letting they were dreadfull,then went to buy a house that they had got meesed around twice on the same property ......in the end went with someone else and it was plain sailing will not reccomend...in my eyes would not rent a tent from them let alone buy or sell a house with them.

We live in a building managed by Premier Estates. In theory, they manage all the communal areas in…read moreour building, and we've been given their contact details should any issues occur. We have this ridiculous situation whereby we pre-pay for our electricity on a meter that is located near the entrance to the building. However, this garage is locked most of the time apart from between 9am and midday every morning. But me and my girlfriend are usually at work at this time, making it really difficult to get access to the garage and the electricity meter. It's actually illegal to not be able to access your electricity meter at any point day or night. We've contacted Premier Estates about this, but they've really not been at all helpful, and haven't done anything about this on our behalf.

The whole site is taken care of, not only by maintenance, but the green areas are well maintained. Some residents vehicles are parked in areas which are not permitted and this gets dealt with by Premier Estates as it states commercial vehicles are not permitted to be parked here. We really are impressed at the high level of communication they pass on to their customers in the news letters we receive on a regular basis.
