I recently brough in a dog with a fractured front right paw, so a splint could be put on it. When I picked her up in the late afternoon, she was panting heavily and the vet said she would settle down after the sedative wore off. Nope, she just got worse and worse until I had to take her to an emergency vet the next morning and she died less than 2 hours there from total exhaustion and or heart failure. I removed the splint from her dead body before burial and found it to be EXCESSIVELY tight. It is quite apparent to me that she was in constant horrible pain those last few hours due to that splint being too tight and cutting off circulation to her whole front right leg, and she basically went into shock. My sweet dog did NOT deserve to go out that way! I'll NEVER come back to this Vet, EVER! F*** this place!

Amanda is very kind . The other place told me it's the law that an office visit of 39.00 for the exam just to get a rabies shot separate charge, which was B.S. A vet must give the vaccination and no extra exam is needed. Alamosa the Dr came in ,gave my puppy the shot and I just paid for the shot, no exam needed. So my babies will only be going there for now on. They are honest. Well done. Thank you.

On the night of July 15, 2026, we brought our beloved 15-year-old dog, Maile, to VCA Oso Creek for…read morehumane euthanasia due to acute respiratory distress caused by lung cancer. The staff insisted on removing her from our arms to place an IV catheter in the back. Before taking her, the staff explicitly and verbally assured us that she would not be given any medications or sedatives while separated from us. Predictably, separating a fragile, terminal dog from her owners in a crisis caused her panic and respiratory symptoms to escalate. Instead of returning her to our care to calm her, the clinic chose operational efficiency.Upon requesting Maile's official medical logs, we discovered a shocking contradiction. While out of our sight, Dr. Allred immediately administered 0.2 ml of IV Acepromazine--a potent tranquilizer--without our knowledge or consent. When she was finally returned to the room, she was completely unresponsive and profoundly sedated. We actually thought she might already be dead. Because the clinic lied to us about the medication, my wife and I were stripped of our final conscious moments and a shared goodbye with our companion of 15 years. They managed the clinical side of her transition, but completely failed the human side of it. If you choose this facility for end-of-life care, be aware that their backend workflow takes priority over honest communication and your final peace of mind.

More over today took three dogs there for annual shots and it took 2.5 half hours to finish the visit. 30 minutes were actually in the vet the other 2 was waiting to get seen and waiting for the bill which after being billed was told they dont take care credit due to not having a specific mechine. no where in the building or online does it say they dont take care credit. I even made sure before hand with looking at the care credit locator to make sure they took it, to be surprised that they dont and wont even use the card numbers once it was time to pay. Inconclusion doctors have always been nice and great but they dont take care credit and wont mention that till you need to pay, have long wait and, have a rushed atmosphere. Granted the nurse did tell me shes tried to talk to corporate about it but no response but even so i think it should have been mentioned or at least brought up when looking to be seen.

They were very caring for my pet, but gave me false results on skin scrapings as my pets condition returned a few weeks after the vet told me he was negative. I emailed the clinic about my concerns and haven't heard back. I was also given a dose of bravecto that may have been expired or no good because it did not prevent fleas on my cat, and it should have been good for 3 months.
