Please do not consider this law firm. They scam people and want to make people optimistic on how the procedures go and will ask if you are involved in violence and will file you under VAWA without you knowing, which was never the case besides filing for citizenship. I had a relative go through this law firm and they had a NTA order. This law firm did not represent and appoint an attorney during the NTA for my relative, and abandoned their case. They are a scheme and the judge declared this law firm NOT certified for immigration practices for the BAR. Please do not go through this practice because THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!!! read more

We started the process for my wife, we gave the deposit and first month, unfortunately my work situation changed. With that in mind, we had to pause her case. Mind you it had just started and nothing had been done on their end. Now come with the new issues arising in the country, we decide to not proceed as to not cause any issues that will not help her in her case. Mind you when we signed up we strictly brought up that if we do not go through with the case would they refund some of the money. They assured us they would. I even have a recording of this. Fast forward to today. We called to cancel and what do you know... We won't refund you your money. They keep it even though they have not done anything in the case because they never received any paperwork from us so it's impossible for them to say they did a lot of work already.

Brigante Law Group - Immigration Law Near Me - Pasadena, California

paid all the fees they requested, provided all documents and still no response after a year and a half . I'd give zero stars if possible. they constantly say they need another 30 days, constant they will call you back with an update- and never do. I believe this is a scam . I know we're not the only clients who have paid them thousands and still have nothing to show for it read more

Dear Paola, Thanks for your response and attempting to discredit my review. Everything I stated was 100% correct and true. I wouldn't leave such an extensive and detailed review if it didn't happen. Your research into the call is lacking, you clearly don't have the necessary info to do the proper research in the first place. I'd recommend taking a more humble approach towards a negative review next time, investigate your staff and maybe review your own practices instead. What I heard was a direct attempt to get my husband to claim that I abuse him. It's a call I will never forget. It had a huge impact. And that is why others in a similar position should know the truth about how your office operates, it may be a tactic that works for some people but I do not agree with lying to immigration in order to get documents. I'm making this 2nd review as a stance against your attempt to discredit me. People should know the truth. read more

I canceled the service with them because not call back service, not updates, hang the phone on you etc, and it has been more that 40 business days since I requested my money back and still it is pending, not answers.. they say the have to much clients etc etc this is the worst law group and for sure i am gonna complaint about it to the below information... To file a complaint against a lawyer licensed in California, go to the State Bar website or call 800-843-9053. You can also complain to the Executive Office for Immigration Review for the U.S. Department of Justice, which handles complaints against immigration attorneys who are licensed in any state.

My experience with Brigante started off promisingly, with prompt responses to my initial inquiries and efficient assistance in obtaining my advanced parole document. However, as my case progressed, the level of communication plummeted, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about the status of my immigration process. Despite being assured of ongoing support, I found myself reliant on my case manager for information, with no interaction with an actual lawyer since my intake I believe. This lack of direct communication became increasingly problematic as crucial deadlines approached. A glaring example of this occurred when I was notified of a critical deadline by the law firm with only 14 days remaining out of a 40 day window issued by the US government, significantly limiting my options due to the delayed receipt of essential documents. This oversight not only added unnecessary stress but also incurred additional expenses due to inflated travel costs during peak periods. Furthermore, attempts to clarify the scope of services covered under my payment plan have been met with prolonged delays and inadequate responses, exacerbating my concerns about the firm's competence and commitment to my case. I left a voicemail Monday 4/1/24 and no one got back to me. I had even notified them the day I intended to head to Mexico and cross back into the USA. I finally did the US border crossing and now have the necessary paperwork. I've called the law office 3 times today, the first time no one answered, the second time they said my case manager would call me back once he got off of a phone call. I waited almost 2 hours and called a third time. I asked if finances would be able to answer my question. I was told they should be able to call me back in about 5 minutes. It has now been over 30 minutes and I'm still writing this review. Navigating the intricacies of immigration law is inherently complex and sensitive, requiring timely and reliable support from legal professionals. Regrettably, my experience with Brigante has left me disillusioned and apprehensive about entrusting them with further proceedings. I hate to post this review while I have an active immigration case being handled by them. But for the amount of money one pays, it shouldn't feel like pulling teeth to get ahold of them or having simple questions answered. In conclusion, while I am grateful for the successful acquisition of my advanced parole document, the consistent lack of communication and responsiveness from has undermined my confidence in their ability to effectively represent my interests. read more

Dear readers, It's with great disappointment that I share my recent experience with Brigante Immigration law group that I thought were genuine about taking care of our people. I contracted them to handle my case just to find out there a sellout and only going after your bank account. Unfortunately, their actions leave me no choice but to warn others to stay away from this group. First and foremost, they promise to provide a personalized service to each client, but in reality, they offered the very same service to every person they attended, regardless of the specific details of each case " vawa visa ". The lack of attention to detail was evident right after I had agree to Move forward. Additionally, they took advantage of my elderly parents by charging exorbitant fees for services that were unnecessary and often duplicated. They promised to provide a high-quality service but instead, they just took advantage of the elderly. Lastly, I was shocked to learn that they charging for hours they never worked. I was forced to demand my money back several times, and every time they would try to keep me on board but I refused, leaving me with no other alternative but to take legal action to recover my money. In conclusion, I urge readers to stay away from this group. They are sellouts who do not care about their clients; instead, they use their legal position to take advantage of their customers. If you value your time and money, find a reputable law group that will provide quality, personalized services to meet your specific needs. Don't pay NO money upfront till you meet with an attorney!. read more

This is the worst place anyone can come to!!! I was informed my process was going to come up to 5000 and ended up being 15,000 at the end. However, when I declined my services due to this issue, I went ahead and asked for a refund. This ''law firm'' is nothing but a scam. I have been calling and begging for MY MONEY for almost 3 months when I had signed an agreement with them stating I would get my money back in 30 days. It is very unfortunate but now I have to take legal action and contact my attorney. Please don't waste your time or money in this place! read more

If I could I would leave negative stars for this so called law group. Nothing about them is professional. We were promised a well organized plan of action in order to help my parents with thier immigration status. The "lawyer" named Eduardo wanted them to accuse my younger sister of "abuse" so they can file through Vawa. Since there was no abuse and it would be a FALSE STATEMENT, we reluctantly declined to proceed after they had pocketed $1,500. We asked for a refund about a hundred times before they agreed and sent a so called contract for the return. It's been 40 days with out our refund! The so called refund department ran by a "Senorita Ariana Salgado" is obviously mediocre as customer service always states that she can't take our call because she's never at her desk or on calls. Again just today I was told "she would get back to us" you'd think that since they are a professional law group they would take those types of calls seriously. I would suggest to anyone trying to find a good immigration lawyer they DO NOT GO TO THESE UNQUALIFIED NO WORK ETHIC MEDIOCRE SO CALLED LAWYERS!!! THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY!! read more

I honestly had the same expierience as Karly with the one star review. I second everything she said. They kept repeating the same thing over and over again and I was forced to do my own research. They asked me to pay for a personalized consultation and it was not personalized as they were reading off a script. they wanted me to Vawa and after I said I didn't want to go that route as they wanted me to accuse my spouse of "abuse" they stopped answering my questions and never texted back. They said if you don't want us to help you with Vawa we can't help you. Wasted my time and I will be calling my bank to get my money back and they never provided legal advice and never personalized to my needs or even paid attention to what I was saying. Honestly they have a script they use for All their clients and jip them out on money. read more

Seems more like a scheme to get your initial consultation money we had an initial appointment at 9 am and nothing i waited til almost 10 am when i got a call saying the double booked and that there was no attorney available until Friday or Saturday quite frankly they lost me at glance hate for anyone to go through the same thing and for me its all first impressions and if we are already having conflict during an intake interview i can only imagine how it would go down the line thanks for wasting my time and causing money and loss of business waiting on a never scheduled appointment. read more
