We started the process for my wife, we gave the deposit and first month, unfortunately my work situation changed. With that in mind, we had to pause her case. Mind you it had just started and nothing had been done on their end. Now come with the new issues arising in the country, we decide to not proceed as to not cause any issues that will not help her in her case. Mind you when we signed up we strictly brought up that if we do not go through with the case would they refund some of the money. They assured us they would. I even have a recording of this. Primero te hablan muy bien y te dicen que te van a ayudar, te convencen para que des dinero. mis padres solicitaron sus servicios y les pagaron mas de $3,500. cuando te agendan una cita, te dan una fecha y una hora. y ellos te llaman otro dia y en otrohorario que no solicitaste. por decir, te dicen que la cita la tienes el miércoles a las 3 pero ellos te llaman el martes a las 3 o el miércoles a las 9 am sin consideración de que las personas tienen trabajos o responsabilidades las cuales los llevaron a pedirles a estas personas por una cita a una hora especifica y cuando Brigante cambia el horario lo hace sin previo aviso y te hablan con un tono el cual te hace pensar que tienes que tomar la cita que te den a fuerzas. no tienen nada de sentido de ética , si van a agendar una cita, deberían de ser puntuales y respetar el horario de la cita, es decir, llamarle al cliente a la hora agendada sin demora alguna, no llamarle al cliente antes de la hora agendada si el cliente esta trabajando y respetar el horario y disponibilidad del cliente. todas las veces fue asi, cuando ya estaban listos para mandar todo el paquete de la información le llaman a mi papa para decirle que el no calificaba. la final, le dijeron que le iban a reembolsar el dinero a el ( eso fue en marzo). Hasta la fecha no han podido solucionarles el rembolzo del dinero. y todavía se atrevieron a sacar dinero de su cuenta sin su consentimiento aun después de haber firmado la cancelación de representación en las que mis padres le hacían saber a Brigante que no desean continuar con sus servicios. If I could I would leave negative stars for this so called law group. Nothing about them is professional. We were promised a well organized plan of action in order to help my parents with thier immigration status. The "lawyer" named Eduardo wanted them to accuse my younger sister of "abuse" so they can file through Vawa. They asked me to pay for a personalized consultation and it was not personalized as they were reading off a script. they wanted me to Vawa and after I said I didn't want to go that route as they wanted me to accuse my spouse of "abuse" they stopped answering my questions and never texted back.
