This is one of two locations serving as home to three wonderful orthopedic doctors. The staff is very courteous and professional. They have a system, that every patient has access to, where they can send messages, request prescription refills, hold a virtual visit, check/request appointments and make payments. I had an elbow set back and doctor Armington was very knowledgeable, informative and supportive. He got my plan started almost immediately. Anytime you have a orthopedic issue, there is a level of anxiety, nervousness, and anxiousness. It is a huge decision to make. This place is a good solution because they seem honest and provide you with the information for you to make your best decision, without pressure. And if you do decide to go with them, as i would highly reccomend, they will guide you along your journey in a professional and supportive manner.

His physical assessments of my ruined hip were thorough, both times I saw him in his office. Today, Dr. Martin gave me a shiny new titanium hip! He came to talk to me before and afterward -- the surgery took less than an hour (he's done a LOT of these surgeries), and he said it went smoothly. (My anesthesiologist, Dr. Fritch, was awesome -- she explained everything in medical terms, as requested, as I have a medical education.) Dr. Martin asked me if I had any questions, both before and after surgery, but honestly, the nursing team had explained everything so well -- with written copies of everything -- that I didn't. He showed me pics of my ex-hip... it looked as bad as it felt. And then he shook my hand and told me he'd see me soon. (The nursing staff verified that I had my first follow-up appointment scheduled.) Three hours after they wheeled me into surgery, I went home in His Goatness's care. The licensed physiotherapist got me up and worked with me on the proper way to stand, sit, walk, sleep, etc, so my hip can heal without complications. While I was a bit groggy from anesthesia, there were no side effects. I recall the discharge instructions clearly. My main care nurse gave me a hug (we were all vaccinated and masked). So now I am home, comfy, fed, and cat-covered. I am impressed, Dr. Martin.

In desperation, I went to my family doctor who suggested I try acupuncture. My doctor said many people have surgery with minimal results and end up turning to acupuncture for relief. Having tried physical therapy 3 times a week for a month with no results, I was ready to shoot for the moon. I chose Dr. Larry Jaggers, not only because of his impeccable credentials and extensive experience but because of his convenient location right off I-465 on E. 56th Street on the NE side. For me, a very twisted sister since childhood, when my body and sled, hit a tree, my body and bicycle, hit a tree, several car accidents Dr. Jaggers experience as a chiropractor is icing on the cake! In one visit, I have regained mobility in my neck, I can lift my left arm above my head again and have already cut back on the pain killers! My second treatment was today and with his combination of techniques was able to "unlock" some more body parts and energy. You rarely see Dr. Kidd, it's usually a practitioner instead. The front office staff is the worst! They are extremely rude and lazy. They refuse to work with your insurance to file claims properly, and, instead, pawn those duties off on the patient. Every other medical office I've ever visited has kindly called insurance companies to file claim, multiple times if needed. Dr. Kidd's staff refuses to call after the first time and will rudely harrass you for payment before engaging with the insurance company. If all they are going to do is schedule patients, they could probably cut some heads. Transferred after 6 months and have no issues with the new doctor.

My son is younger and so I'd always gone back with him in a private room to assist because he wouldn't cooperate otherwise. This last time we went he seemed okay going back with his sister into the open dentistry floor. He didn't cooperate once he got back there and began crying. They picked him up and I thought they were bring him to me. A few min later a lady came back so I knows don the window. They took my son into a private room so he wouldn't upset the other kids with his crying. They somehow got two of my very stubborn and scared sons teeth cleaned. I do not like the way they handled this situation and will no longer be using them as a dentist office for either of my children.
