Dr. Allen Daniels treated a decayed tooth I had struggled with for a couple of years. I had seen another dentist who said everything was okay, and an endodontist who recognized the decay, but said it was too advanced for a root canal procedure. He said I need an extraction. I saw Dr. Daniels and his team for the treatment. At that visit, they completed a formal evaluation, explained the diagnosis, prognosis, and options. He and the team were kind, professional, answered all my questions, and recommended a tooth extraction (which was also recommended by the endodontist). They completed the procedure expertly and gave me step by step instructions on what to expect. After more than 2 years of suffering, and a missed diagnosis from another dentist, I am finally pain free. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Dr. Daniels, and the team! read more

Beware of this dentist. Lots of issues. Can't keep employees. Poor fitting of a crown led to breaking of my underlying tooth. Led to having it pulled with yet another charge and then tried to sell me two mini-implants at $3,000 less the cost of the crown for $2,300. He told me to find another dentist when I told him he wasn't being fair. read more

I went to see about a chip in my lower dentures, I was told it was necessary to get a X-ray even though I have no teeth in my mouth. Their ad says they offer a complimentary consultation, which is all I had, but charged me $94.00 for the visit. Needless to say I won't be going back and told them so. Definitely got the feeling that all he cares about is money. read more

"Dr" Daniels does Mini implants. His solution to ever tooth in your mouth is a mini implant....even a molar! He installed a mini implant, it failed. He literally knocked the crown off the implant off causing me more pain than I ever dealt with in a dental chair. He installed a second implant....it failed. I went to Wright Dental. They removed the second implant (no pain) and installed a full sized implant. No problems. They suggested I ask for a refund. I did, in the form of a certified letter....no answer. This guy ripped me off for 4 grand. Do go to Dr Daniels. read more

very disappointed with appointment...waited 1 1/2 hours to be waited on before i walked out...had patients come in an hour after my appointment time being seen....my time is valuable also...as a small buisness owner myself i understand about making a customer wait......guess my money wasnt good enough because i didnt have insurance for them to over charge....very disgruntled read more

Dr. Daniels is friendly and he seems to be competent dentist, and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was fantastic. That is why I dislike writing this. The problem is not with the dental work, but with Bright's financial policies and procedures. The problem was paying for all procedures up front and still being charged THE ENTIRE PRE-PAID AMOUNT AFTER Medicare and MET life stated the "agreed amount" and paid their portion. My balance should have been less than $20...I paid several hundred ! When I called Bright for a clarification, I spoke with the bookkeeper or office accounting person and she began telling me that I mis-understood my bills. I informed her I had the Met Life paper work in front of me and the amounts I paid did NOT match what the actual charge had been. She said I was mistaken and became very rude and then abusive. Furthermore, my bank account did not reflect ANY credited amount for my overpayment! I told her all I needed to understand was why the numbers did not match and wanted to know for which procedure was I actually paying, since on the day of my final cleaning, I actually pre-paid for another procedure of a similar amount. She continued to be rude and I soon realized I was getting nowhere. Several days later I received a text that stated I had to let them know FOUR days in advance of any cancellation or I would be charged $50 for not cancelling in advance of the four day period. Not only that, if you DO NOT respond to the text, you are charged $50 even if you show up for the appointment! I have never missed an appointment or failed to notify Bright Dental when I could not keep an appointment. Most of doctors that I have been to over the years, allow a 24 hr. Cancellation period, I.e., if you call 24 hours prior, you will not be charged...Bright Dental requires a 96 hour cancellation period! After receiving that text, and having had the rude treatment from the bookkeeper without adequate explanation, I called to cancel my next pre-paid procedure. At that time I asked the person who took the cancellation to please credit the full pre-paid amount, and credit it to my bank account. She was very pleasant. Several days later, I received a letter in the mail stating that they could not credit my card without the card number and security code, and enclosed a form for me to provide that information. I completed and signed the form. I began to monitor my bank account for a credit of that amount. When it did not appear within five days after mailing, I called Bright Dental again, spoke to "the bookkeeper" who said their accountant had to review it (which would require "30 plus" days from the date the accountant receives the information), and following that review, I would receive a check for the amount THEY had determined I was entitled to be credited. This should be a straight forward credit for the last procedure (full amount), since IT WAS NEVER DONE!!! Why must it reviewed by an accountant. That means, Bright Dental is using my money for over 30 days, interest free! I can only assume that Dr. Daniels has condoned this type of financial practice. For this reason, I will not continue to have Dr. Daniels do my dental work. read more

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I got a call a day before my appointment to confirm. I didn't call and confirm, I assumed they would think I wasn't coming. Today I get a $50 charge for not showing up. I call to dispute the charge, and in other words; am told I'm an idiot. I won't be back. read more

Dr. Daniels and the staff are professional, on time, and caring. They take time to explain what they are doing and to talk to me and my family about our concerns. My family and I have had no issues with the treatments that we have received. read more
