But they keep cancelling every appointment i make which has been 3-4 appointments in a row then sends you automated text messages that leaves a bad taste in your mouth because it wasn't me that decided to cancel it was them even though it offers to respond to the text messages to reschedule they not once ever responded . So safe to say my son won't be getting care here.

The time she takes to talk to you and explain everything .. and connect with your child is priceless as a parent! I have always feared going to the dentist since I was little.. she made it fun for my son.. He actually wanted to go back! The entire staff is beyond amazing and they go out of their way to help you in any way they can! If I could give them more stars, I would! The pediatric dental anesthesia group was also absolutely amazing when we came back! Kelli, made me feel at ease and again, like family. They really do treat your child, like their own! What's better than a Pediatrics office run by two moms? Um, nothing. This office has two of the…read moremost amazing and down to earth doctors you could ask for. They are moms, so they get it. They know you're stressed, worried, even a little paranoid because they've been there before, too. They have a combined 20+ years experience and a total of nine kids between the two of them, which honestly equals about a hundred years of experience, because phew! All my appointments are on time and the scheduled length of the appointment depends on how much time they think they'll spend in the room with the patient. In other words, they know they'll send 45 minutes with that first time mom at her baby's first appointment, so they don't schedule your appointment for 10 minutes after theirs. I'm always able to get a same day appointment when my kids are sick and they even have a separate area for sick kiddos in their waiting room. The waiting area has a tv with cartoons playing as well as an art station, so you won't have to listen to your kids squawk about being bored.
