Neither Walmart where it was purchased or the manufacturer had one available. The young lady said, "I'll try." and sure enough Brown's Electric found one, it wasn't exact but it fit fine when he got home. He had asked how much and was told that when they get a lamp in that's broken or breaks, and the shade survives they just put it on a shelf and keep it until someone walks in and wants it.
