When I didn't know exactly what I wanted, he helped me with design & accompanied me to the tile store. He didn't attempt to influence my choices, simply took it from there to figure out the rest. He ran all the errands, delivered the tiles & all other related materials ( grout, paint, etc ). He gave us a timeline; started & finished on schedule. I wanted the tub removed, with a floor almost flush with the floor of the BR to accommodate movement, maybe even a wheelchair as we age. This involved some drainage sculpting that he was able to do beautifully. The heavy 12" tiles are secure & I love the smaller tiles of the floor that allow for a very subtle curve for drainage. The design of the horizontal tiles of the walls, diagonal of the floor is eye pleasing. Mike's skill & integrity makes him a craftsman I'd recommend for any remodel.
