You do not want to work for this company! My daughter has worked for Ms. Rose for quite a few years. With no issues and mostly happy with employment . Happy with working with children. The problems are that the business is ran very shady. W2, payroll, check stubs all of the personnel are always reminding Ms. Rose to pay them. They pay dates are inconsistent. Payroll is done thru an app. She constantly makes excuses as to why Zelle did not transfer pay check deposits. During the pandemic when times were very tough and unemployment office was hard to reach my daughters disability claims for maternity leave were being denied. Errors in W2 reporting on Ms. Rose part. Wrong last name, wrong social. Wrong place of work address. Maternity and family time off were denied as if my daughter didn't have any income to report. In reality it was the errors of Ms. Rose that made all the supporting documents to the disability office not valid. We strongly believe after she corrected a mistake she would intentionally make another because she was doing illegal actions. It is now July 2021. My daughter has yet to see her 2020 federal income tax refund. IRS has audited her income. In this audit it again was found just as in the disability case that her W2 was falsified. My daughter as with all other employees that work for this daycare which is listed and has several different address all love their jobs in childcare. It is unfortunate that this women is practicing her business this way. The baby is now 8 months. It has been far too long in this pandemic time to be waiting on money. It is much needed. read more

As not only an employee at Bright Futures Learning Center, but the daughter of Mrs. Rose herself, it is 100% safe to say that the negative comments previously left here are solely based off of envy and boredom. Here at Bright Futures, the well being of a child is put before anything else. Children are given healthy, wholesome meals, medical care as needed, hygienic care, and a full education. Children are treated with nothing but love and respect by Mrs. Rose herself, and (now) QUALIFIED employees, who selected this job based off of their passion for children, rather than the scoping out of a meaty paycheck. Although previous employees have taken full advantage of my mother's compassion by compulsively lying, stealing from our facility, and displaying disgustingly insubordinate employee traits during their time with us, she has pushed past that and found employees who have a heart for kids as warm as hers. They take the initiative to create fun and filling meals that the kids actually eat (unlike before) with the supplies that Mrs. Rose constantly restocks. My mother has been taking care of kids since she herself was a kid. If the purpose of her work was to receive "ridiculous amounts of money" from clients, our kids wouldn't be in the safe hands that they are in now. My children attend Bright Futures LC & BFPS this place is a dream come true I left my review on the page we parents use but I saw these horrible comments / LIES and thought Mrs. Rose is way to professional and a total life saver to have someone immediately come to her defense even though she asked I not. Here it is Mrs. Rose / Rodeen has allowed me to safely leave my children and work and attend school, my children are so in love with her and her staff, any child you speak to will tell you between 7 meals daily and Live camera access I have no fear I watch all the time and listen lol but I've never heard or seen any of these things these disgruntled ladies are typing below. Mrs. Rose helped me and my daughter get through the toughest year of my life she is the most giving and honest person. I've never had any issues with care or transport . She went above and beyond to help me and I'll never forget it. If I could I would give 100 stars. I can watch my daughter on camera and see her learning and eating all day. I would recommend Bright Futures to anyone truly needing care. That's what this place is all about and amazing for. My experience with this daycare has been a God send!  Ms. Rose is the most, loving, patient and beautiful soul that has ever entered our lives!  I have a 6 month old and an 4 year old!  They LOVE going to daycare there.  She has helped with potty training, always has my children clean and well groomed before I come to pick them up.  They eat well there and the prices are awesome for the amount of services that are provided.  I mean you get pre-school training, breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. They even give me a break on the weekends!  I can't think of a better place to have my children grow!  My 4 year old is READING!!  I can't express what a joy that is!  If you want to send your child somewhere that you can feel safe leaving them then send them to Bright Futures Learning Center!!   #Grateful read more

I was also very skeptical about home daycare, however, after seeing the BFLC I have to say I will be sending my 2 year old here. I went to the center a few months ago and put it as my first choice and for the past couple months have been doing research and checking out the owner. I must say that I am impressed with her and the facility. The level of care, concern and passion I've seen in my investigations have really been encouraging. The recommendations i have gotten from parents have also been very encouraging. And if you're thinking "what about the bad reviews?" I've seen before where parents have left bad reviews even after having the very best experience at a daycare and I've seen former employees do it too. I am a mother of 2, my son began before my daughter was born. I no longer attend Bright Futures due to relocating, but I felt the need to share my experience. I met the Director Mrs Rose as i was transitioning and was very nervous about a home daycare, but my entire view on child care changed after meeting Mrs. Rose the Director of Bright Futures LC. The knowledge and experience that mrs rose has erased all the fears i had, I was informed in writing of the daily activities and given a detailed verbal follow up daily. My children attended this daycare I have a toddler and a school age child, the staff is amazing and always kind and respectful, my children don't like going anywhere but home but when it comes to Mrs. Rose the reaction my children have towards her let's me know everyday what a amazing person she is. I've watch Mrs. Rose work her butt off advocating for my son and going to bat for my family to ensure we got all the help we need. It's crazy I've never seen anyone remain this consistent but her facility and level of care has done just that, I've never seen her back down from the truth even if it hurts her she rather tell us parents the truth and allow us to watch on camera than to be known as a liar. As a uncle, highly recommend this place to every parent. The employees are friendly and caring. They treat the children with love as if they were the parents. I like the fact that they also teach them how to write, read, and mathematics. Getting them ready for preschool and kindergarten. What I also like is that they feed them and teach them good manners. My little nephew is always happy when we drop him off and when we pick him up. What I also like is that they have surveillance cameras and we as the parents or family members can always watch them through our computers or phones. As a parent, I can't express how grateful I am for Bright Futures Learning Center. My son has thrived this incredible environment, and it's all thanks to the amazing staff and Ms Rose is particularly accommodating, kind, and trusting, making us feel right at home. The teachers are fantastic, they have truly worked miracles with my son, he is now identifying letters and words his speech has improved tremendously. Finding this daycare center was such a relief, I have been looking in Palmdale, Lancaster,;even Quartz hills. No one has a classroom development program like Ms. Rose facility. My children look forward to going every day. normally they give excuses or fake sick, but not anymore ever since starting at bright futures learning my life is easier I can work and do the things needed to ensure my babies are good. I finally found the school my children love, the staff has been most incredible with care and empathy for our needs. The place is so clean. But Ms. Rose is a gem, she has accomplished proving her ability to really reach my children. We have been through some things and never would I have thought this place existed. I can watch my children all day long and I get a detailed report every night. I love the way Rose is so organized and on top of things. I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this daycare. Rodeen Dunn displayed a lack of professionalism that I found concerning. There were instances where communication was unclear. I felt my child's well-being was not made a priority. The owner in particular came across as very money-hungry and unprofessional, delivering nothing but empty promises. As parents, we entrust daycares with our most precious ones, and it's essential for these establishments to uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. I recently, well over the summer brought my daughter here, and we where so happy with the care Ms. Rose is so kind, their where times I was late on payment or needed a break and I got one I also remember whether I paid or not my daughter ate so much when she came home she had no interest in dinner snack maybe lol. The teachers where always professional, but what really got me was how serious Rose was about teaching all cultures.
