We're working again with Erica for more customized tees for another upcoming cruise. I I gave 23 hours and asked him, and if he could do a intricate embroidery design on my shirt for a lunch the next day. I gave him a hefty tip. I call in after a few weeks and am told the manger is busy with a customer but will call be back when done. Few hours no return call. Called in again, manager would call me back later. Finally got a call back. Informed me the discount was only domestic and not commercial machines. That's fine. I asked him to send me an invoice to pay the 10% difference. Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.

They're all too happy to find the right cut and fit for you and if you think you're looking all cute in a pair of unflattering scrubs they'll tell you. Which I appreciate, because sometimes you need someone to say, "girl, I can't let you go out in that"...you ladies know what I'm saying. They do embroidery on site and the turn around time is less that a week usually. They also offer a discount for many hospitals and doctors offices in the area so be sure to ask about that, too!
