Once again we contacted this company to come fix the issue and they stated "they can tell other people have done work on the roof and therefore our warranty is void" They also stated "we have proof and evidence others have worked on the roof" I was very confused because we haven't had anyone else work on the roof, why would we when we have a "warranty" with this company. Repeatedly I asked for them to send me the proof that they have (they haven't provided me with anything) They have ignored my calls and texts, Finally I got a response through email stating "We will not give an estimate on this job, we are not interested in this" This company is a scam, awful customer service and even worse their work is absolutely atrocious. It finished the roof, but never installed the gutters. I was given a certificate of completion, and I paid in full for both the roof and the gutters. I live out of town. When I went to visit the house, I discovered the gutters had not been installed. I contacted the company, and was told someone would come out to check why the gutters had not been installed. No one came. Since then I contacted the company numerous times via phone, email and text messages. No response. In early April 2024, after I had informed the company that I would take the matter to the state, I got a text message that the gutters would be installed on April 24, but no one showed up. I contacted again multiple times on that day via phone, email and text, but no one answered. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the state and also take other steps that may be legally available to me.
