The…read moreinspector failed the first inspection because there were nail heads poked though the peel and stick all over, there were inch thick glops of caulk all over the roof covering up the nail heads, the plywood ripped the peel / stick in several places, the peel and stick wasn't installed under the drip edge, there was tons of rotten wood they didn't replace, and that's not all of it.
