Moving is a very stressful and busy time so when you pay for a cleaning service and ask multiple times if it's a full service, deep clean - you expect everything to be done well. I was then late for work because I was waiting around to figure out what was happening. I figured fine, at least my house will be clean. But I paid $300 for a 'deep clean' and there are several areas clearly untouched. The couch was not vacuumed even though I have cats and it clearly needed it. Plus there are several areas on the floor where there is glaringly still cat hair & dirt. Not worth the money or the time waiting around. They came back for a free clean and it was decent. I appreciate them trying to make it right but I won't rebook.

The customer service was awesome with a simple call to set up the appointment, and the ladies came on time and were very friendly. I told them stuff can be moved around- I guess some people like their stuff to look the same. I figure if they are cleaning it, where they want to put it back is fine with me. My dark wood floors look brand new. Bathrooms look like something out of a magazine. Also folded my blankets and pillows nice. Kitchen? I have tried to get that weird stain off my oven top- electric. She and her partner arrived in the morning for a deep clean and worked very efficiently and quickly. They left a few hours later- deep clean was very involved- and the house was SPOTLESS! We were very pleased with the results and so thankful to them for their service. We have scheduled a regular cleaning every 2 weeks and I am so glad we found them.
