They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. The guy arrived 30 minutes late and showed up with an attitude. The guy said the drywall needed to be screwed in to repair and when I said I think it needs new drywall he walked out of my house. The guy left my driveway and street without saying anything. I had to message his boss and then the guy shows back up to fix the job. The guy starts drilling and realizes it does require new drywall but doesn't have any on his truck. He makes a Home Depot run and then comes back to finish the job. This company is awful to his customers and lack customer service skills.
