I used this company several years ago and was completely satisfied so I called them again for…read morewindow cleaning on a house whose windows have not been cleaned in years. The job that was performed was terrible. First of all I was scheduled for 12:30 to 2pm. By 2:30 I had not heard from anyone so I called the office and got an answering machine. I left a message and after about half an hour Crystal called me back and said "didn't you get my message? I called your home phone and left a message on your answering maching." I don't have a landline anymore and when I inquired what number she called, it was a number that I never had in my life and all she said was "that was weird, I don't know how that happened." Then 2 window washers finally showed up around 4pm. I watched them wash the windows, they put no effort or elbow grease into any of the washings. When they were done I inspected the windows and they were still dirty. When I complained, the worker called the owner, James. James told me that the reason they were still dirty was because they had hard water spots on them. If I wanted those removed it would be $5 - $10 more per window. When I was given the initial cost, Crystal never mentioned that there would be an additional charge if "hard water spots were found". These people wash windows in Cuyahoga Falls all the time and we have notoriously hard water. The least I would expect would have been information in the original quote that there might be an extra charge if hard water spots were found. I even told Crystal that the windows hadn't been washed in years. I was very disappointed in the overall performance of Streak Free Windows from the job performed to the interaction with the owners. I will never use this company again and would encourage others to stay away from them also.

RECEIVED NO CALL BACK ! 5:00 STILL NO SHOW ! They would not pick up phone when I called. Next day....did not call me nor would they take my calls. I had other cleaning services scheduled to come in AFTER the windows were done. Everything got screwed up. I am giving this company a bad rating because the VERY LEAST they could have done was to call an apologize and reschedule. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! The lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments sounds SICKENING SWEET on the phone...a complete PHONY !!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Hopefully this review will help others from making a BIG MISTAKE!
