I was treated so badly at another place and they almost seemed like they made it there personal mission to right that wrong and I couldn't be more grateful and humbled by how they have treated me. When you go to these people you become family to them and they make it their business to get your teeth or rather mouth in the best shape it can possibly be in. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in this area. And they won't charge you for something that you don't need. They understand the value of a dollar and that people do or don't have insurance, so they work with you on that also. There is literally nothing bad that I can say about my experience with any of the people that has worked on me, and that has been quite a lot of them so far. I have to say that I love them all like family already. On your first visit they take your picture, on your second visit when you walk in the door the receptionist calls you by your first name before you have a chance to say who you are! That is how good they are. And they are genuine people, not someone who asks how you are because they have to be polite. I am not a very social or outgoing person, and I haven't lived here but going on four years. I have two friends because I don't trust people easily. But these people put me to ease right away and I trust everyone that has worked on me. I also would say that I consider the receptionist to be my third friend. For me you would be saying that is more than a five star, and Dr. Plooster who is now semi-retired, I can't even begin to tell you what he has done for me. He has given me a confidence back that I lost a long time ago. Dr. Hoffman took over and has learned from Dr. Plooster and I have to say that he is also a pleasure and ladies a very single (I think) and handsome man. I am old enough to be his mom, but he is going to be a force to behold and I can't wait to see what he does now and in the future. If you haven't gotten yourself a dental facility then you had better hurry up and try to get in here because they will be full very soon!

A month later, it was causing sharp internal pain and sensitivity to cold. When I went back in, he gave it a 30-second glance, did a bite test, and immediately blamed my bite -- no X-ray, no cold test, no real effort to investigate. When I explained the pain felt internal, he cut me off with "Oh, you don't trust the professional?" -- arrogant and defensive from the start. I calmly tried to understand what he was seeing because it felt like we weren't even on the same page. Instead of a conversation, he kept claiming I was "arguing" simply because I was asking for clarity and solutions for a problem he clearly didn't want to deal with. It got worse when he pulled up a picture of my tooth, pointed to the wrong part, and tried to gaslight me into believing I had told them it was the back, when I'd clearly said the front from the start. When I asked the assistant to confirm what I said, he called me "petty" and kicked us out. Their office coordinator, Haley, wasn't any better. When I reached out hoping for accountability, she told me not to expect an apology since I was no longer a patient. She gave a weak, obligatory apology on their behalf but made it clear she needed to "hear their side" -- as if any part of this was acceptable or up for debate. That kind of leadership sets the tone for a practice, and it shows. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This office cares more about ego than patient care, and their professionalism is nonexistent.

Which was great because my normal dentist sent me to Dr Glenn and pretty much knew what was going to be needed. When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. This very young lady, how I know is she stretched her last word in a sentence like a valley girl of old. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me. Lesson to be learned here is to be nice to everyone because you don't know who they are or what they are going through. I would not recommend..
