Especially when we are planning something extremely special. Going with a agent I quickly realized she not only was able to score our air fair cheaper than any website or travel site such as Kayak or Orbit. She also suggested what time of year to travel making sure to save us top dollar!!! We even able to UPGRADE TO 1ST. CLASS with the extra money we had put aside for the tickets I was able to put money down and pay for the plane tickets now and they are allowing me to make payments towards our vacation in 2022. I also was able to give them cash for the tickets and Betty Ann was able to use the travel agency to charge the air fair. Something I thought we were going to have a problem with seeing both of us was not to eager using our credit cards. But everything has went so smooth so far. Now that the air fair is out of the way she was able to find us a perfect all inclusive resort in Jamaica! We are super excited to go! The accommodations are 5 star and we are able to kind of customize the itinerary making sure there is things we both were looking forward to doing is on the list! I will be sure to update my review once we get back from our mini holiday! But I felt I needed to share how much money and time we were able to save and without paying extra, they saved us even more money than if I was to do everything myself and offered some awesome suggestions for our travel as well.

On each occasion, she provided not only the basics of bookings but additional insights on the cities to be visited and suggested tours to be taken. For example, on the Alaska cruise, she made an excellent suggestion that we get a cabin on the shore side from Whittier to Vancouver, which allowed us to enjoy most of the great scenery right from our veranda. For the Northern Europe cruise, she spent about an hour on the phone with my wife and I suggesting certain tours and to avoid others. With this level of service, we will certainly go back to Joyce whenever we are ready for an overseas trip or cruise.

If you need a passport or renewal save yourself the time!…read more I spent a month in the attempt of getting a passport appointment trying 5-10 times a day. I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience! I am writing this to highly recommend the fee is worth the service! Professional, quick, no stress! See you next time go see Tracy Lezotte! I also stopped in the Detroit Main Post Office so they know who to recommend when they cannot help. Thank you so very much! Not only did we get to go to every game pretty much front row. She made sure we were at the best hotel, made sure shuttles were where we needed them. When we recieved our tickets for all the games they came first class ups. She made sure we were all set before we even touched foot in North Carolina . During our stay Shavon continuously checked in and made sure everything was going smoothly.
