They were professional and gave me space to choose the frame. The staff who attended me was polite but personally I felt they could have been little more friendly. When I asked her to explain the pros and cons for a particular frame she came out with a one line answer "It is a personal choice". i felt the staff did her job but there is nothing like super friendly or plesant or anything helpful that makes me happy and choose maple again. Atleast I did not see anything like that. Next week I kept calling and asking. The individual to help did nothing. "Oh, they are coming" he said. Finally I called on Thursday and he said they were in the next morning.
