If I could give more stars, I would! I really needed my bins cleaned but could not find any companies in near me with a truck. When I contacted Cleaned Bins, they originally referred another company, who they thought serviced my area. The other company originally referred Cleaned Bins lol. Although my area is outside of their route, they managed to squeeze me in within a week of contacting them. That was totally appreciated. The guy cleaned the bins very well. On the inside and outside. No smell and all of the gunk at the bottom of the bin is gone. I noticed an immediate decrease of flies in my backyard. Thanks again for coming this far from your route. service showed up as scheduled spent maybe 5-8 minutes pressure washing two bins. $75 paid in advance; the interiors looked clean but still smelled bad. exterior was still dirty in serval areas of both bins. silly me, I expected the bins exteriors to be clean And sanitized. It may actually be a good service provider but if you use them don't let them leave before inspecting their work. In fairness, when I complained on day of service I was offered a free re-do 4days later. However a neighbor helped me finish the cleaning and sanitizing. Lesson learned. read more

We paid for the two bin monthly cleaning and they only cleaned one of our bins. The recycling bin they failed to clean all because of a couple of Coca-Cola boxes. In the order process they ask for our phone number they could have easily called me and I would have simply went out and pick up after myself but they didnt even do that so why did they need my phone number form.The other trash can was decently cleaned but my brothers could have done a better job. read more

This is THE service you never knew you needed. I originally set up the service when something died in my bin. I'm squeamish with a hair-trigger gag reflex and I had roommates who refused to put their trash in a bag before dumping it in the bin, leaving the bin absolutely disgusting and sticky. When I heard about the service and saw how reasonable the prices were, I didn't hesitate to sign up and I have never looked back. It's so clean after they sanitize it you could probably eat off of it. I would NEVER, but you get my drift. Brightening Bins is very communicative, always letting me know when they are coming. If my trash isn't emptied when they come by (sometimes my trash is picked up in the evening), they notify me that they will come by the next day. On a whim, I signed up for this service. Our trash and recycling bins are disgusting and in the past I would get out the pressure washer and stick my head down into the god awful smell (we have small kids) to scrub the bottom like I was Andy Dufresne In "Shawshank Redemption." Never again. For what I would argue is too low a price, Jimmy made our bins look brand new. We watched from afar and he was more thorough than I would have ever imagined. On top of that, he seems like a great guy and was even kind to our children. Likely increasing the frequency. Great service. Great owner. Unequivocally recommended. Full stop. read more
