Not a great business model as I was quoted $150 over the phone vs. the $350 that I was charged. I would NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Typical Bait and Switch. Let's recap the most recent event: you gave me a call, presumably with the intention to get me to change my review. After I explained my dissatisfaction, offered a suggestion to a new business model, and told you that I WOULD NOT change my review... you response to me was "oh so I see you're THAT kind of guy?!" So what exactly does that mean sir? And is this how you treat ALL of your customers or just select ones who do not agree to give you 5 stars when it is NOT warranted?
