It was explained to me when I first called about additional charges for being after hours it was worth every cent for the extra charge. After waiting for 3 hours I did not receive a return phone call. On Saturday shortly before (11AM) I called to follow up on the Friday evening request and was told I would receive a call from a plumber. I did receive a call approximately 15 minutes later and was told someone would be at our site at around 7:00PM. I waited for several hours (5-9PM) at my office and did not receive a call or any notification that the company would not be coming. I certainly understand that on a weekend the staff may be very busy but it only takes 1 minute to place a courtesy phone call to a customer to let them know your schedule has changed and/or that you aren't able to make it to a site. I was counting on you all and regrettably you didn't deliver.
