Che' was extremely attentive to the detail and did not rest until she found a nail color combination to give me a sparkling rose gold effect for my ceremony. I discovered that the quality of the services were excellent with no regards to which technician provided my experience on that given day. I absolutely LOVE the owner, Margaret. She is truly involved in the details of the daily operation and ensuring that each client is satisfied with their experience there. My last massage was in July. They were having a special; any service that you haven't had for 50% off. I chose the Hot Stone Massage for $71. Rachel performed the service and I wasn't satisfied. The stone were cold. When I brought it to her attention, she indicated that she didn't want to burn me. I informed her that she should have let me feel the stones instead of making the decision on her own. It wasn't an enjoyable experience and I wasn't relaxed. As I was leaving, I asked one of the other providers to have Margaret, owner contact me. Later that evening, I spoke with Margaret. She questioned me as if I didn't something wrong; "did you tell Rachel that the stones were cold". Her resolve was that she was going to talk to Rachel. That wasn't satisfactory to me. What she should have done is yes talk to Rachel but also either refund me $35.50 that I paid for the service. I am a regular customer who came monthly to get a massage. I deserved better treatment than just talking to the service provider. Margaret has been in business for quite a while and she knows better. Any business owner should know that if the customer is not happy, you do whatever you can to make it right. Loyalty customers are the bread and butter of any business and the situation wasn't handled to my satisfaction. Other than this awful experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. I was recently in Roanoke, Virginia.I wanted a Manicure and was told about the BRIGHTER IMAGE DAY SPA. I called for an appointment; went there and was served by Ms Tawanda Stephens; the Spa Technician. I cannot say enough about this business and about her. She was wonderful...fast and knew what she was doing. She gave an awesome manicure which lasted without chipping and it was not a GEL manicure. She was very personable. The Salon is a sweet lil Boutique Spa. I did not have time for any other services as I was leaving town. I will be returning during the Christmas holidays and most certainly will be going back for some Spa services. The prices are reasonable and you will not have to go to the bank for a loan in order to pay for services there. TREAT YOURSELF AT THIS DAY SPA..YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. read more
