They do a great job here, and I will be back when I need gel or dip manicure. They do get busy, so make an appointment rather than walk in. I got to my appointment on time and prepared for my scheduled pedicure and manicure. I'm unsure on whether the chairs are unable to massage but I was not offered this option. I chose the middle tier ($45) which included a massage and leg care (lotion, oil, etc). Once I finished the pedicure, I noticed that my feet were still ashy which is not normal for me once I finish my pedicures. I then moved to my manicure in which she began to state that I couldn't come back because I was not a regular customer. I had a bit of trouble understanding her as she had on a mask. I asked her to repeat what she said and she said because I wasn't a regular customer I couldn't come back and I "better be glad she had space in her calendar." This frustrated me and I informed her that this wasn't explained to me. She said it's just me and my daughter and she's going off to school. It's the way she said it that was rude and her approach to that. Her card and door states that she welcomes walk on customers. I do not recommend her or her daughter!

The worst part... he tried to make it seem like something I did. 1st it was I put my hands in too much water, then I'm hard on my hands but not once did he take accountability. The 1st time he did my nails they lifted. I gave him another try. The 2nd time they lifted and "he fixed". They lifted and i got fungus under one nail. The 3rd time (Monday before Christmas) "he fixed and treated fungus. In less than 6 hours my polish (gel) started to peeled off and a nail lifted. HE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR A REPAIR BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! She fixed my shape for me (I had them done elsewhere and they just weren't up to par), and she picked a gorgeous color for me! The people were nice and the actual shop was gorgeous and was so comforting it made me sleepy.
