This shop is under NEW ownership. I went today and a simple, standard pedicure included THE best leg and foot massage that I have ever experienced. Guys this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. She actually made me bleed and that's never happened.

I've been here a few times to get my nails done, nothing major, just a French gel manicure and gel pedicures here and there. My experience here has honestly been very hit or miss depending on who you get. I've had my nails done a few times by Andy and he's great. Unfortunately, outside of Andy the service has been really variable. I've had multiple experiences where they over file a lot the point of bleeding...which is obviously uncomfortable and just not something I want to deal with during a nail appointment. I'll probably be looking for somewhere else moving forward. Nevertheless, if you're in the area and just need something simple (and can request Andy) it's probably not a bad option. read more

I'm paying for a service... if something isn't right, I have EVERY right to speak up! I don't ask for anything outrageous because of my job, but occasionally l'll request something simple like a french tip design or ombré French tips. They told me that was "too difficult". This is your profession, step up your game or close your doors simple! I'm extremely upset that when I called to make an appointment today, they debated whether to even serve me, saying I'm "too complicated." I'm simply asking for basic nail art and willing to pay good money for "business". I don't recommend the store to anyone! read more

Absolutely not!! Rude!! The "gentleman" that works there is completely rude and possibly should look into angry management, he cannot handle a simple job as answering phone calls, I've been going there for 10 years + and looked over many things there bc they do, do a decent job but I will never step foot In That building again. Unprofessional, rude, high egos, drama infested bunch. Prior to all this I tried to make an appointment the man was very rude said he had an appointment, then said he didn't have an appointment told me to hold on got another woman she said sorry we don't have any appointments available until the end of October. I said OK well they make me an appointment at the end of October. I've been coming here for years for pedicures. For most of those years, I have put up with long waits (with an appointment), sour attitude and rudeness. I have stayed because I didn't feel like finding a new place, and they do decent work. It's on par with any place else here in town - nothing exceptional. Even when I make appointments, I am often made to wait 20 minutes or more. But if I show up five minutes late to an appointment, the male owner dresses me down and causes a scene. This happened multiple times. This evening, I went into the salon at 5:30 without an appointment and asked if they had any room to do a pedicure which usually take 25 minutes pedicure. He said - No, sorry. I have a pedicure people coming in at 6 PM. Clearly, they have enough business! I'm out. I'd rather not have my nails done at all then go back here. read more

This is probably the worst nail experience I have had. The man doing my nails made me feel like he was doing me favor. I sat down and he started on my nails within 15 minutes he took a smoke break. Then he cut them way to long so after taking a better look I asked if he could trim them and he sighed and told me I just created more work for him. He starts to rush my nails and doesn't even ask me if I want regular polish or gel so he painted regular and I sat under the dryer for 2 hours while he took another smoke break and scrolled through facebook. I also asked for an eye brown wax when I first came in and after my nails dried he rushed me for my payment and I had to remind him about the wax. Tina does great eyebrows though, that was the only good thing about that day. read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This was by far the worst salon I've ever been to. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon so I decided to try this place, WORST MISTAKE. I got a gel manicure and the lady was absolutely rude the entire time which I dealt with, but 2 days later after I got my nails done, the gel began to peel off every finger. I called the store to see if they would fix it and the man who works there was mad because my nails were peeling (which wasn't my fault). He told me to come in so he could see my nails, I came in and he didn't speak once to me and just threw the money that I paid at me. I told him that they were very rude and it wasn't my fault they didn't do a good job the first time, and he told me he didn't care and he didn't care if I left a review on his business. So once again, I would not recommend this place and I would advise everyone to spend their money elsewhere!!! read more

For the salon to have the added expense of disposable pedicure bowl liners shows that they really care about their customers. I called for an appointment on a Monday for 2 pedicures at 2:00 the following day. When we got there on Tuesday at 2:00 we told them we had an appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes we were told that a mistake was made because someone unauthorized had answered their phone and wrote it down in the wrong place. I asked how much longer we would have to wait and they said just a few minutes. After 5 more minutes we were placed in a pedicure chair with water running. After a few more minutes someone came over to begin my pedicure. At 2:30 2 ladies came in and said they had called that morning and had appointments at 2:30. They were told there was a mixup in scheduling but the ladies said they couldn't wait so they were immediately sat in a chair and their pedicure was beginning. They hadn't even started on my husband's yet - he was still waiting. So since I knew we would be in for a very long wait, we decided to leave. NO ONE EVER APOLIGIZED! They just kept saying it wasn't their fault because they didn't book the appointment. I went by the salon today (Wednesday) and spoke with the manager. He said it was fair of them to do that to us because when the 2 ladies called in, their appt was taken by someone that actually works there. He did apologize to me after I told him that no one else had and then he asked what I wanted him to do. I said "2 free pedicures" and his response was "That ain't gonna happen - ever!" and then told me to leave since I was not happy. I will never go back to this place and I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever go back either. read more

I'm not sure why this place isn't more popular. They always do a fantastic job no matter who you go to. I routinely get acrylics and pedicures done and am never disappointed. They have comparable prices to the other salons in the Valley and are always happy to take you in short notice. read more
