Best and most reliable nail salon I've found - anywhere I've lived. Tammy and team members are meticulous. I get my lashes, acrylic nails, pedicures and eyebrows done here regularly and won't go anywhere else. Whether you want something simple or with lots of color and design, there's always someone that will be able to get you exactly what you're looking for and they will make sure you love it. They will work with your schedule even if you can't book too far in advance - I travel a ton and they always make sure I'm taken care of before my next trip. My wife went to get a manicure at Tony's nails last night. While she was there the nail tech refused to listen to what she wanted for color plus the nails are too long and thick and uneven. The pedicure was also very unprofessional. She was charged $65 for a full pedicure with extras but the tech only did the bare minimum and the pedicure only took about 15 minutes instead of a full pedicure. When I spoke with the tech and store owner they lied, were rude and truthfully didn't care about a customers experience. The shop was extremely dirty and even the towels were dirty. Even the tools she used were excessively dirty, didn't have the proper cleaning solutions ready, she was extremely rushed and pushy. They don't care about the quality of their work or to take care of their customers. When the tech put my wife's nails under the I've light it was extremely painful, both her nails and fingers hurt a lot. My wife told her she wanted orange but the tech disregarded and applied pink! Pink! Said it was easier for her to do pink. Easier? Horrible customer service. They overcharged, did a horrible job, refused to give a refund and frankly just didn't care that my wife was upset. Stay away. They don't listen, do what they want and will just take your money by overcharging. read more

I went in for a manicure (i had an appointment). They told me is would be a while so i was willing to wait. I sat that for 50 minutes and then got impatient and walked about. It seemed busy but that wasn't an issue. My issue is that 4 people who just walked in got seated before me. Maybe they just forgot about me? read more

Excellent customer service & Excellent salon. My nails have never looked better. While i was there i got a mani, pedi and a fill in on my acrylics. I got all this done with til for $155. My pedi was about an hour long and the massage chair was off the chain amazing. Love the family that runs this establishment. So kind & thoughtful. Im definitely hooked and will be back!! read more

I moved to the Salem/Roanoke area for work and was struggling to find a good nail place. A few girls from work mentioned Tony's Nails so I had to try it! I have been getting my nails done here for the last 6 months and I absolutely LOVE the quality of gel nails! I wash my hands 20x all day and use hand sanitizer probably 100x a day but they really hold up! They last 3-4+ weeks easily and probably longer too, I just get annoyed with my nail growth showing. I find all sorts of designs on Pinterest and have never heard "no we can't do this." The art is all hand drawn. I get so many compliments and just looking at my hands everyday makes me happy! read more

Hands down the BEST nail salon in Salem, Roanoke and Botetort. Yeah, sure, I drive 25 minutes for a manicure here but it is beyond worth it. The gel manicure lasts until it is taken off. Everyone is amazing and talks to you if you want to have a conversation. If not they won't. I moved from Charleston, SC thinking I couldn't find a replacement nail salon. Not only is Tony's a replacement it is better than any nail salon in Charleston. read more

Honestly I don't know where to start, staff spends more time goofing off then dealing with customers. They should not have electric files due to the fact they cut into my fingers, and they price gouge new customers because they think they can. Save your money!!! read more

Stopped in to have my nails done Sunday. The place was pretty busy but got sat right away. The woman who did my gel manicure was on her cell phone for the first half. Then seemed to rush through the polish. Two days later the gel polish is already chipped and cracking which is not normal for any gel polish I have ever had in the past. I actually found this salon when I saw a girl with the cutest nails and she told me that a gel manicure is $25 and designs are free! I'm not used to going to a salon that really enjoys doing design, so they was a huge plus for me. The staff are very friendly and do a very thorough job. I love the look of my nails and am hopeful that they will last. The only thing I'd say is that the polish is very thick (she put on way more than two coats on my nails), and I was there for three hours. After having many experiences with salons that don't apply gel correctly, the thoroughness here was a positive. read more

i had heard about this place from a few people so i decided to check it out. small place, friendly people. i went in for gel nails, which was what the lady next to me was also getting. they don't have prices displayed anywhere so i was just going with it.. MAKE SURE YOU ASK AHEAD OF TIME. The lady next to me was told $15 and i thought to myself "okay that's not bad." As i'm leaving the lady tells me $28.. okay that's a little much for simple gel nails? i went to ask about it but it seemed they weren't going to change their mind, so that was annoying! BUT what was even more annoying was the fact that A WEEK LATER they peeled off. Literally just peeled so easily. I don't work in a place that handles chemicals or anything harsh on my hands so it was very upsetting that I drove all the way out there to get over charged for the cheap product they're using. unless you want to get cheated out of your money and waste gas I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
