Such strong hands with nice technique. My only regret is that I didn't book a table massage in a private room so that I could enjoy the massage with my clothes off lol. I was honestly concerned though, because often those online deals reflect watered down services. Thankfully this wasn't the case with my massage at Relaxing Spirit. My massage was on point. The therapist took all of my feedback about trouble spots and firmness of the massage. She also wasn't pushy about coming to visit again. I actually liked her so much I purchase some more massages since they were also having another deal in store where you got a discount for buying a few at one time. I'm usually not someone that commits to massages or buys things in advance - but it was a good deal and the massage was well executed. If you are looking for a good massage and especially if you find a deal with this company - I'd highly recommend it. The things to know when visiting though is that it is kind of a no-frills place. It's a place to get a massage and get out. There is no sauna or luxury spa room to sit in. They do offer water when it's over, but aside from that the place is nothing fancy. As we're changing, never once did she knock, but instead just opened the door, while we were naked and in the middle of undressing. During this entire time, she held the door open demanding I give her my card, so she can process the payment. So instead, I put my clothes back on and walked out with her to pay for the service, before service was rendered. As I stood there to pay, the lady taking my payment very rudely burped in my face & then laughed.. so fast forward, I pay and she insisted that I immediately tip, AGAIN, before service was rendered. I advised I would gladly tip after the massage. So then, I return to the room to undress and lay on the bed table. She and another woman then come in, extremely loud & again, burping very loudly & laughing.. not the relaxing massage experience that we expected. My wife and I laid there another 5 mins while they pressed and pushed into our back & head.. we then got up and advised we did not want the service & that we expected a refund. The lady then tried to advise the receipt said "no refund" which it didnt, but either way, I didnt care. I wanted my money back. My one complaint at one point, was the a couple of the therapists were VERY chatty. I would sit through the session and tip as normal, but would request not to have that person again in the future. It's a COMPLETE personal preference, I'm normally very friendly, but massages are my time to truly just zone out. I found out that if you express these concerns or interests, that the front desk may be able to align you better with therapists. Not just with personalities, but a little more detail with pressure (other than just light, medium, firm). They only have a couple of therapists who can do prenatal, which is a bummer, but it's nice they have the option at least.
