I would not recommend this business if you're looking for a professional establishment. The rural location wasn't an issue for me - the state of the location itself was. The grounds were more in line with a junk yard with an outbuilding than an actual business. There was trash and debris, junk cars, painting equipment and loose chickens everywhere. The owner forgot about my appointment and no one was there when I arrived - after calling in to confirm I was at the right place the owner wanted me to just leave my keys under the door mat! To clarify I spoke with the guy the day before, never met him and only had his first name.. he didn't remember I was coming the very next meeting and somehow I should be comfortable just leaving the keys to my vehicle at the very strange place that doesn't even look like a business let alone have an address or sign anywhere on the property. I agreed to wait for him to show up like 45 to 60 minutes later. I would have just left but was now obliged to honor the appointment and didn't want to be judgmental. The guy and his worker show up (looking more like house painters) the exchange was odd but the owner was polite again didn't want to be judgmental. He said the car should be done at around noon. It wasn't! It wasn't done at 4:00pm either! It wasn't done until after 6:00pm. I arrived at 8:00am; they arrived just before 9:00am. The car was not that dirty but it did have a good deal of dog hair to be extracted. Overall I'm happy about them getting the amount of dog hair they did out but other than that I didn't look like they did very much in way of detailing it. Seemed more like an afterthought. Either a lot was missed and they just wiped down the obvious things or they spent the day putting up a chicken coop or painting a house and didn't even start on the car until around 2:00pm - I wasn't there so I don't know but I do know it was a very strange experience.
