Had a window installed and they never installed the cowl correctly when I called them out on it they proceeded to tell me it was my issue because the part was old. They also left all the dirt and debris from taking the window out on my dash. They said they have had issues with tech that installed my window but there was nothing by they could do but they did need my deductible while I was on the phone. read more

Comparing them to Safelite, who I've used many times before, I think I would go back with Safelite for my next windshield. The differences are Safelite re installs all the devices that are stuck on to my windshield and puts everything back in my car the way it was, AND vacuums the debris off the dash every single time I have had a windshield done (I've owned cars in Colorado for 30 years and I've had more windshields replaced than I care to count). Quickset came out to replace two windshields in the same day, at my house. Two service vans showed up for this. In my truck, they removed my dash mat, my Sirius XM radio antenna, my alarm remote antenna, my express toll pass, and my oil change sticker, and they did not put any of them back. They just left all the stuff laying all over my dash for me to re-stick onto my windshield. Safelite never did that, Safelite always put them back. In the van that they did, they left debris all over my dash that I had to clean up myself. The only thing on the van windshield was the Express toll pass, and of course they left that laying in the cup holder. I will not be using Quickset again just because of this inconvenience to me. It took me 30 minutes of my time (my most precious resource) to clean up after their sub-par techs. read more

I called maybe 8 places - all of whom said they replaced bus and RV windshields - about replacing the windshield in my 1997 ElDorado MTS bus. Quick-Set was the only place that said "yeah, we can get that and this is how much it will cost". When all was said and done, the estimate was exactly right. It was all done quickly, too. The only things they could have done better were to clean up the dash after installation (lots of black stuff left laying around), and not leave the back door unlatched, which I found out about while driving. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This is truly ran like a ma and pa operation. I brought my 2011 BMW 535I in for a front windshield replacement. A number of things were wrong; as you can see by the pictures, on the interior there was glue left on the column, the seats, the floor and on the interior door coverings. Needless to say I got it on my clothes, try to clean the interior and cannot remove all of the stains. The installer also crack the windshield plastic housing when trying to remove the windshield. Needless to say, the installer never mentioned it to me and was discovered by the BMW dealership in Highlands Ranch.This particular windshield has a rain sensor, they did not replace it or calibrate the windshield. The manager of the company did not even know that this particular model needed to have the windshield calibrated and the rain sensor replaced. Argued with him on the phone on a number of occasions for over an hour and he chose not to help me out in any way. He actually told me that he was tired, he wasn't gonna give me any money, and he hung up on me! Had to take the vehicle to the dealership and they were able to calibrate and replace the rain sensor. After this experience, I called the store in Henderson and talk to the office manager, I think her name was KATIE. She told me that they don't have the equipment to calibrate windshields that need calibration and don't replace rain sensors. How is it that the office manager knows this and the owner doesn't! They'll just take your money and make you deal with it. read more

DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE! These guys are top of the line in customer service, attention to detail and their technicians are extremely courteous and professional. I had a one of six kind Porsche (Collectors Edition) windshield replaced. This car has to have most of the front end taken apart to replace windshield and these guys spent a good two hours having to take the car apart to do it. You can't even breath on this car without detailing it afterwards and they left it in perfect shape. I had an original appointment with safelite and and one kid came out with a bad attitude the day before. I had to throw him off my property and found these guys later. Andy heard my situation found my glass and put me on schedule the very next day. It was an absolute blessing to find Quick-set! Thank god I didn't go through with Safelite. That kid would have destroyed my Porsche. First time customer but won't call anyone else from now on! read more

Quick-Set was chosen by my insurance company for a back windshield repair. Scheduling was easy. They ordered what was needed, which understandably took a few days, as it was an uncommon replacement. The repair went well, from what I observed. Unfortunately, however, my repair guys noticed damage that was done to my car during the windshield replacement. Likewise, the new 'floating' windshield was not correctly leveled during the install. Normally someone might consider this a negative experience that warrants a bad review, but when I contacted them with my concerns, they were so pleasant to deal with, I felt inclined to write a positive review. Quick-Set immediately scheduled someone to come take a look at the damage. They took full responsibility and authorized the appropriate repair work to be done. They even covered additional damage that was found once the detail shop began their repairs. I had to call them to get the work authorized, rather than them contacting me, but Chuck was great to work with once we were in touch! In a world of businesses that really don't care much about their customers, Quick-Set is quite the opposite. I used Yelp to get some quotes last fall, and saved the best priced quote with the intention of having my windshield replaced sooner than later. When I finally got around to it six months later, Quivk-Set's pricing was still fairly close to the original quote. I spoke with Andy, who is a true asset to the company for his calm and friendly demeanor. He was knowledgeable and quickly searched around while we were on the phone to locate a new windshield. He explained each step as he went along, then promised to call me in ten days when the glass arrived (ten days due to it being a somewhat rarely seen vehicle). He called, as promised and said they had one opening left for the day. I headed into the shop where they were waiting for me. It took just under an hour and a half to do the job. While my new windshield was being installed, Andy came out to the waiting area to chat a few times. He was very professional and equally friendly in person as on the phone. Their shop and waiting area was modern and clean both inside and out. The new windshield was perfectly installed and looks great. The installers there know their stuff! I would definitely recommend this business to a friend, not only for the price and quality of work, but for the top notch customer service that Andy provided from start to finish. BEWARE We used quickest many times prior to this poor review with no issue. Today I had them come out to do 5 ... yes 5 windshields. Long story short it was my bad for being busy and not micromanaging their technicians, and then signing for the "charges" rather than reviewing the paperwork that supposedly had all damages on vehicles written down. ‍ All that aside there were issues from their technicians standing on my equipment where it clearly said not a step. (Fiberglass fender on 2019 Freightliners), as well as using my power steering reservoir for a step as well as the fuel filter housing. When I brought it up to the office, they understood my disappointment etc. And promised someone would be in contact. Then... the job was done and prior to checking before the gentleman left, I never went through each truck. Unfortunately, the damage was done. The manager whom called me, Jason, is claiming all of those damages were time stamped and previously documented. Every single dash of all 5 vehicles as well as floorboards had debris all over. See the photos. They speak for themselves. As another business owner. I am so incredibly disappointed in their resolve. Jason even had the nerve to tell me that the tech he sent out is one of his cleanest (and rudest by the way... when we politely asked that he NOT use our power steering reservoir and fiberglass fender for a step he was extremely rude) Well.... seriously... I wouldn't be proud to say that considering the shape my vehicles were left in. ‍ in the end, lesson learned, and I will never be using their services again. Jason basically told me my dash was a POS because I have "gorilla glue all over it" (um... it's in the center of the dash only, "all over" is an exaggeration to say the least, and it's not gorilla glue) ... Little did he realize that is because I pulled something off my dash and out of the truck to make their job easier. It would be reinstalled by me when the job was complete. So, thank you Jason for basically telling me that I drive a pile of junk in your eyes and that my dash was a wreck prior to your "cleanest tech" doing damage and leaving all 5 of my vehicles a mess. If I ran my business like they do, there would be no business. oh also, they never reattached transponders, etc. just left on floors or dashes of trucks for us to deal with as well. read more

First the positive. The windshield is in the truck. Now the negative. We were misquoted on the price. Wouldn't honor the quoted price it was $20 less. Waited 4 hours with no phone call. The installer said he tried to call, but cell phones have a record of this, no calls but a text so he had the correct #. Frustrating! read more

What a joke they beat around the bush and fucked me around for almost 2 weeks the first time I called I told them that I needed the back class for my pickup and the seal for it. Well then they set a tech out while I was gone and he didn't have the deal because the lady I talked too never told them and I had to call them because when I got back to my pickup with window wasn't in and they swear that the tech called me to tell me but I never got a call and said they would get the deal ordered and have the back class in today wait all day didn't hear anything so I called them and they told me again that the tech called me witch I never received a call and then they told me we don't carry that glass anymore so we can't do it for you when I had 2 other people tell me they could. I'm going to make sure to let everybody know what a joke this place is and to never go to them read more

Wish I could say something positive, we scheduled windshield replacement for 2 vehicles more than a week out on their schedule. We provided insurance and vehicle details including VIN on new vehicle covered by insurance and requested OEM, not aftermarket glass-they got approval on the phone. Second vehicle was out-of-pocket, gave vehicle details, including VIN and specifically door count was given, they provided a price and a $20 discount for having both cars available at same, time in same place. Company was referred by family member whom works with them professionally so we expected good work. On that note, we were the last appointment at the end of our 4-hour window so it became about 5-5 1/2 hours in the end. With the wife's car, while the glass was correct, craftsmanship left much to be desired. I spent 30 minutes cleaning smeared sealant from the dash and pillars on the interior trim and outside on the plastic and paint because they used way too much and were sloppy installing. In any attempt to clean the glass when done, I think they used their sleeve and spit- it was cloudy with smear marks. On the second car, not only did they not bring the requested OEM glass, I knew on the phone the quote was wrong. I pointed it out, they asked for the VIN and said that's what they have. All this after they took my information down and had to call me back. Then when they arrived, it was the wrong glass, not only no OEM, but aftermarket for a different model/car so the main vehicle we wanted serviced which needed it the most wasn't done. Somebody obviously dropped the ball either by not calling the dealer, listening to my responses to their questions or by rushing because they were to busy to get it right-twice, the initial call and when they called back. In my attempt to call them and have them accept some accountability, the person responsible for complaint calls said "let's get you the right glass and reschedule, if you want OEM I have to charge you more". While I understand that, the right thing to do is order the OEM and eat the mark-up especially since they didn't order it as originally requested, they provided the cost to me that was incorrect, then they showed up with incorrect aftermarket glass and we sat around all day after making arrangements to accommodate the appointment. At a minimum, they could've offered to work with us or make special arrangements to do the job sooner. All I got was we could do it next week. I made it a point they understood the inconvenience to me and unhappiness as well as their failure at make any resolution. My business is going elsewhere, I'm already paying out-of-pocket and it's not worth the $20 savings. read more

I called quickset auto glass they were able to come out the next day and put a windshield in my 2005 Ford F 350. They did a great job came to my work and it was seamless. John was the technician who did a great job left the car very clean would highly recommend!! The price was better than all the competitors I checked. I have never had such a terrible experience as with this company; I contracted them to replace my drivers front window which was shattered out. The first problem was they arrived with the wrong color glass for the job, it was a light enough tint so I let it go but things only went downhill from there. After about an hour the technician then informed me that he didn't have the right pieces to put the glass in and that he was leaving. Upon hearing this I called to let the owner know the situation and to express my frustrations, especially because it was December in Colorado and approximately 10 degrees outside. The owner told me it would be another 3 days before he could have it done and that was that. I told him that was unacceptable and that is not how a businessman should handle his clients, at which point he told me thats the way life is and I should take my business elsewhere. Never have I seen the OWNER of a company show so much blatant disregard for his or her paying customers. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at other shops! read more

Had a rear window replaced, happy with the work not so happy being charged twice. Paid with a credit card, everything was fine but 14 days later saw another charge on my account. Had I not caught it not sure they would have either, received a refund 4 days later but certainly was a hassle wasn't even given an explanation as to way this happened. read more
