He came out, took his time, and really worked through it instead of rushing. You can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way. He got everything apart, helped swap out the solenoids, filter, and put everything back together clean. Even though we ended up confirming it's likely a deeper internal issue (3-4 clutch pack), I really appreciated his honesty and thoroughness instead of just throwing parts at it. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering how much time he spent on it. Hard to find someone that detailed and patient these days. He then called me back about an hour later and said never mind, I took the tire off and there was just some dirt build up and the car was fine. He could have charged me several hundred dollars and I would not have known the difference. I also recently took my car to him because during a recent oil change and Meineke they told me my front diverential was leaking and I needed a new gasket, $119 to fix it.
